Nice 4 star hotel. Very close to train station and shopping areas. Clean and comfortable. Pool and gym are a bit tired and rundown, but acceptable. Large Bar and interesting Indian restaurant on site.

I arrived early and was fortunate to be able to check in at that time, which was a great bonus. The receptionist was very polite and friendly. My room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was in a good location, right in the city so it was ideal for taking a wander around. It was also just a short stroll...

1 night stay on a Sunday night. Room comfortable and what is expected from Marriott, shower pressure could be better, lighting in room could be better (a bit dark inside). Mini bar not in use but you can open it up and see the screws and the dust piling up inside. Suggestion: to permanently lock it so guests cannot open...

Stayed here whilst visiting our daughter at university in Leeds. Very convenient location right in the centre of Leeds with restaurants, shopping and a cinema all just a short walk away. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Although we were unfortunately sent to the wrong floor initially the porter very quickly resolved the situation. This was the only...

Stayed here 20 years ago when this hotel first opened. The room was nice but the bathroom was worn out and frankly a bit tatty which was disappointing for a 4/5 star hotel. Its built into a part Victorian part new structure so lots of turns and little steps all over the building. Our room faced the street that was...

Hotel good value, clean good amenites and good breakfast.Only downside if you want to charge to your room they make you put...

My delightful boyfriend bought me a stay at the Marriott Hotel for Christmas to use as a valentines get away. We were going to see Jack Whitehall at the First Direct Arena so needed somewhere reasonably near to that. We had heard overall quite good things about the hotel so were looking forward to our stay. The check in process...

We returned for another stay at the Marriott. This is such a great hotel in such a great location - brilliant for central Leeds but not over-noisy. The staff were friendly & helpful; the room clean & a decent size. Love overlooking the square with its dogs fountain. Will be back in a couple of months ...

The Leeds Marriott is fine but not outstanding,as other reviewers have noted the rooms are a bit small and the bathrooms a little dated (mine was a bit smelly ,musty) the shower too was a bit of a dribble. I was visiting Leeds for an awards ceremony being held at the hotel. I was also a bit peeved to pay...

The hotel was very clean and well presented, our room included with plenty of space and great facilities. The only thing we were disappointed with was the bar - would have been nice to have a guests only bar as an option too.
