Architecturally fascinating, but sadly it's all too clear that there's not been enough maintenance done, so the hotel isn't as it should be. The mattress in the room was more like a hammock than anything else, and it made sleep almost impossible. It should be replaced asap. The mini bar light worked but that was it, and there were numerous...

I stayed for a few nights with a friend in late March. The hotel is very well located walking distance to both the station and city centre. It's absolutely full of character being located in an old, well-converted mill. Our room was large, and bathroom enormous. There were a few signs of age and wear with some stains on the...

This is a great hotel in a great location that allows you to drop the car off, good cheap parking on The Calls right by the hotel, and walk into town to enjoy the delights of Leeds. It has character and a charm impossible to replicate in the budget chain hotels. If you're going to Leeds put this hotel on...

Handy for the railway station, shops, restaurants and theatres. A converted warehouse with original features. Pleasant and courteous staff. Clean rooms and good beds and bathrooms. What is there not to like!

Fantastic hotel with bespoke rooms at a decent price which makes a nice change. The staff are great, very warm & welcoming & not over the top. We had a room with view looking out over the river which was fab I would suggest asking if there is one available when booking. Beds are large & comfy. The complementarity fudge...

We went with friends who had stayed here before a few years ago, so we had high hopes. The overall experience was dissapointing, the welcome on reception was friendly, but we then got to the room, which apparently was an upgrade? Yes he view over the river is nice but the room is in dire need of a refit. The...

This is a great hotel with friendly and polite staff. The building looks great and the views out on to the River are great. Initially we were checked in to the wrong room but the staff soon realised and quickly made the transition from one room to another smooth. Our room had a great secret hatch which made ordering the...

Was a lovely room overlooking the river, very comfortable and warm. A good standard throughout with complimentary glass of wine each upon arrival. Friendly staff and great central location makes this a good choice. Did not have a breakfast so couldn't comment about that I'm afraid.

I would usually stay in a Travel Lodge or a budget hotel - I was actually booked in to a Travel Lodge hotel for my stay for when me and my boyfriend went to watch Kings of Leon at the end of February 2017. I cancelled that booking and booked this hotel instead - at the same price!! I was...

It is a little difficult to find this gem but it is worth it, We stayed here for a couple of nights while going to watch Kings Of Leon, what a lovely, friendly place, the room was large and spacious with everything you need inside, we each received a glass of wine upon arrival, which after our journey was well...
