Definitely one of the best Travelodges I’ve stayed in, and if all the Staff are as welcoming and helpful as Samantha I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Leeds.it’s also in a great location, fairly quiet but with everything you could need only a stones throw away..
Nice and clean great staff chaly beautiful lady done everything we asked her room was clean was no noise will definitely come back again and would definitely recommend to other people and everyone who wants a nice clean hotel
The reception staff were disinterested, my tool was less than clean and only one towel in the bathroom that looked like it had been used before I got there. The hotel is surrounded only by fast food outlets so nothing healthy available.
Samantha at reception wonderful woman was absolutely lovey and helpful in the new year very good customer service was polite and careing will be coming back definitely and booking here again good prices good place with food places near bye
There is no hairdryer in the room, no bathmat, not enough towels, and cheap tea/coffee. No housekeeping during a 4 night stay with three using the room . Only use Travelodge for convenience but don't expect much comfort.
I was not impressed with this hotel No cups in room not enough t bags and milk Clump of hair on floor No one on reception for several minutes when I went down to ask for cups Would not stay here again Have tried premier inn in the past and would stay there again
After a terrible days travel from Turkey, including a divert to a different airport, this was bliss. Easy to find and easy parking. Samantha, was the most wonderful receptionist of all time, just amazing. We immediately felt like people again! To be honest, we had been up for 20 hours so the bed and pillows were heaven, but that may be the tiredness talking.
The hotel is well situated on the edge of a busy retail site with plenty of food outlets of mixed types. The hotel is quiet, clean and in line with the Travelodge principles. However, it is now showing its age in small things - rust around the extractor, minor damage around the room, and would welcome a touch-up.
Although I only stayed for 1 night the staff was welcoming and polite and very helpful, the room and bed were comfy and well maintained. The staff member on reception was very helpful and knowledgeable when I asked him a question.
Bad odour of sewage in corridors,no hot water, key cards had to be reprogrammed, tea and coffee not topped up even though we requested this to be done, rooms not cleaned also requested, commercial bins emptied at 5.30 am outside my room
