I have stayed at this hotel before and while it was adequate it was nothing special. The restaurant was giving a very slow service whilst the drinks took ages to arrive. This has changed! The restaurant has improved considerably. The food was well presented and tasty and the drinks served promptly even though the restaurant was very busy. Breakfast was...

We have stayed here a few times now. The re-done bedrooms, and particularly the bathrooms, are a big improvement. The location is good if you have a car, not too far from central Leeds. A cab into the centre is only about £5 and parking at the hotel is free and plentiful. The restaurant food can be a bit hit...

Stayed here for the 2nd time. Enjoyed both visits. Very friendly staff. Didn't use the bar or restaurant this time but last time it was lovely. Stayed in room 316 which appears to have been recently refurbish. Very nice room plenty of space and lovely night sleep.

Hotel is clean has plenty of parking and close to city centre. Rooms are clean and have flat screen TVs and free wifi. Restaurant was a little cold but that might have been a temporary issue so no real complaints. I recommend staying here.

I stayed at this Inn on 8th February and I was delighted with the newly refurbished room which was spotlessly clean and very comfortable bed. Full tea making / coffee facilities were available but i think Lenny Henry ate the biscuits as they were nowhere to be seen !! A couple of biscuits would be nice . The hotel was...

Stayed here with a group of 10 colleagues in January. 3hr wait for food on our 3rd night. Completely unacceptable in every way. Staff seemed very rude and extremely unhelpful. Breakfast was "luke warm" also. On a good note rooms were gorgeous Really put me off premier inns.

Travelled on my own, just want to say that the room was immaculate, recently refurbished and the staff were absolutely brilliant with their customer service and made me feel welcome throughout my 2nights there :-)

The hotel was good, the refurbished rooms and helpful staff made it an enjoyable stay, unfortunately for us we had noisy neighbours in the immediate room above us for the 2 nights we stayed, which was not pleasant, I complained about them to the manager and he agreed to refund us for one night, which we accepted. The areas where...

I have stayed at this Premier inn many times and its my hotel of choice when in Leeds. Not located in the centre of town its usually much more reasnoable than the other city centre hotels. With free parking, for about £5 - £6 you can get a cab into the city and save on parking costs. Like many Premier...

Excellent stay in this recently renovated hotel. We stopped on the night of Christmas Eve, sleeping well on the new comfortable bed - housekeeping was still offered daily over the festive period. Chris and Liam were professional and friendly and made our Christmas day breakfast a great experience.
