Good central location and an easy walk from the train station. We had a comfortable room but a terrible night's sleep. Loud drunk people shouting and banging doors for ages at about 1am and 5am interspersed by one of them in the room next door continually b*nking at a very loud level including bed banging against the wall accompanied by... We stayed for one night back in December and overall the stay was average. There are positives such as the spacious room, great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed and excellent food in the restaurant. We had a reasonably good night's sleep which is a must for us. There was. however, a funny damp smell on the corridors which should be... More

Had a fairly pleasant stay here New Years Eve. The room could have been a lot cleaner, I dropped something under the bed and when I retrieved it there was also an empty crisp packet and an aerosol top underneath the bed. It looked like the room had been prepared in a rush owing to it being a busy night.... More

Despite the good location this hotel can be very noisy. Not loud noise but the low level thudding that vibrates through the bed as you get your head down on the pillow. I didn't have ear plugs and these may have helped. The staff were friendly and tried to help but having moved to three rooms with my 5 year... More

The title says it all! Such good value for money, excellent location, very clean and a lovely comfortable bed. Following my works Christmas party the standard 12 check out was AMAZING and very much needed. I will stay here again for sure.

We stayed for 1 night, after enjoying a Christmas night out. The recommended car park is quite a walk, if it's raining. The bed was good, but the bathroom was "grimey" (Room 209). It was noisy too. Lots of electric fans, corridor noise etc. The chap at breakfast was nice.

The location is in not the best part of Leeds centre but everywhere is within a few minutes walk. The hotel accommodation is basic but fine for what we paid. The only problem was noise. There is an all night club close to the hotel and we had a constant base system booming out all night which kept us awake... More

In a word.. scabby. The corridor on floor 2 was stinking of mouldy carpet cleaner or something. The room was cold for the first three hours as th wee wall mounted electric heaters tried to add comfort. The digital TV had ZERO channels that worked except that bbbc2 and 2 became available around 9pm. The bathroom wall mounted spot light... More
