Byways is located on the hill, just couple minutes of walking to the centre, in beautiful victorian house with nice garden. It was very quiet and we didn´t here anything (not like in most of other accomodations in the UK with very thin walls, where u hear everything your neigbours r doing...). our room was spacious and very elegantly furnitured,...

Byways House is a charming B&B located within easy walking distance of the city centre. The original house has a modern addition on the back with modern rooms, so a nice blend of the old and new. I have stayed here twice now on business and would recommend it. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds and good showers, with free wi-fi connection . It is in a quiet location, the owner is very helpful and the breakfasts are leisurely and delicious. Not a good place to stay if you want a really early start...
