Wenda and Steve are the best hosts! I wish there were more than 5 stars for those extra-special places that really deserve it. Cathedral View deserves way more than 5. The location is fantastic - just steps from St. Ann's gate to the Cathedral Close. The beds are so comfortable - perfect for resting up after a long walk to...

Steve and Wenda helped us so much with the logistics of our trip. We had an early morning departure from Gatwick, and they showed us the best route to take, helped us predict how long it would take to get there, and even prepared us a brown-bag breakfast to take with us. This is the kind of personal service that...

Our electric showers are not instant (just like our coffee)... Sorry but "someone" did not explain how they work when you arrived!. Thank you for all the positive things you wrote about Cathedral View.

Easy parking opposite, friendly welcome from our knowledgeable host. Very well marked out street maps which were useful throughout our stay, including summaries of all the local pubs and restaurants. Steve also booked our first evening meal at the Cloisters pub where we got 10% discount for staying at Cathedral View. Excellent location for visiting the Cathedral and Museum, also a...

Lovely B&B excellent standards and hospitality from Wanda and Steve. Lovely breakfast as you like it, home cooked and locally sourced. Salisbury is very friendly and easy to find your way around. The B&B is in a fab location opposite cathedral but near to the shops and restaurants. Would recommend to others.

Once again we were delighted with our stay at Cathedral View. On arrival we parked directly opposite the front door with the use of a parking permit provided by Steve at Cathedral View. This bed and breakfast is ideally located for visiting the Cathedral, shops and market. Steve and Wenda are fantastic at what they do and offer a warm...

We visited Salisbury and were pleasantly surprised by the location and also 'Cathedral view'. Salisbury was amazing, even-song is a must do at the stunning Cathedral. With one of the copies of the Magna Carta housed there it is definitely a gem of England. The town itself is worth poking around with history at every turn. The Cathedral View was...

Wenda and Steve are the perfect hosts, every small detail was catered for. The B&B was easy to find and we were able to park right outside. The breakfast was magnificent, with added historical information from Steve and guidance on how to get the best from our stay. We were able to pop back at any time and change and...

Exactly what I wanted to find. A 210 year old home not a sterile modern hotel. Perfectly located to be able to walk to almost every place of interest. Clean, homely, friendly and excellent breakfast. Stairs would be a problem for those requiring easy access.
