First impressions was that everybody was so welcoming and made you feel very comfortable. The rooms were all very clean and the interior was very comfortable and spacious. Everything was in good working order. The staff were all very pleasant, and the breakfast was good value for money. The only thin I found annoying was when myself and my other...

Good location, very handy to park and ride (5 mins walk). and only 10 mins from city centre. Semi rural location, 30 mins walk from Old Sarum. Accommodation was typical Premium Inn ....ie fully acceptable. Downside was the restaurant which was poor. Had one evening meal....served lukewarm. Thereafter we ate in town which was far better. Recommendation would be Not...

I stay in a lot of Premier Inns and if it wasn't for the very helpful member of staff that was seconded there from Winchester this would have been the worst Premier Inn that I have stayed in. The hotel was grubby, the bathroom was filthy and the pub attached was absolutely dreadful, it was only the staff that saved...

My husband,me and our daughter stayed at this hotel from Monday 15th till Saturday 20th.We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions. Very comfortable overnight stay. Quality reception and assistance. Room was very clean and a good range of facilities on offer. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Good to have nice restaurant attached to the hotel for ease of use. Would certainly stay again.

We booked 3 nights in Salisbury essentially to look around the area, with a view to moving here from Ashford Kent (the lorry park of Europe). The hotel was extremely reasonable when booking way in advance. The position of it was also so convenient for the Park And Ride into the city. As is usual, the rooms were 5 star....

My family stayed here for a wedding in Salisbury. Premier Inns tend to be pretty good for cheap-ish chain hotels, but the staff at the Salisbury branch were particularly helpful. The guy on reception when we arrived was great, and as usual the rooms were clean, comfortable and nice and quiet. The only thing I would say is that the...

We rely on Premier Inns for a good standard all round. The cooked breakfast seemed like it had been cooked the night before ! Receptionist saved the day with promising refund - looking forward to it ! Fingers crossed.

OK on the hotel front I guess. Room was little cold, but you know they are all pretty much identical. Wifi was payable, but fast enough. My room was a marathon march from reception though! Big letdown was the restaurant next door - evening meal service very very slow and food very poor - I had a steak which was...

Have stayed at many premier inns and this one was no different to the rest. Room comfortable and extremely clean. We paid for breakfast and this was excellent with a good choice of hot or cold food. Only gripe I have with this hotel was that check in was extremely slow as had to wait for a party of 8...
