Dont get a room over looking the street. Window are sealed so no fresh air (contravenes Building Regulations). Complained about the noise from the nightclub opposite & was offered earplugs. Enough said.

This hotel has provided me with my worst experience to date. I needed one night in Salisbury with a good night's sleep. I had Room 7 at the front of the hotel which is opposite a night club. The website states there are bars near to the hotel but has excellent double glazing. Don't believe it! The queues of noisy...

Aya on reception was very helpful , finding us a downstairs room ! Room, clean , comfy bed , decent size bathroom with...

A warm welcome awaited us. Good clean rooms, comfortable bed, fresh fruit along with the usual amenities and all for a really great cost. To say we were surprised is an understatement. Would return if we were in the same necklace of the woods again.

There are plenty of other places nearby to eat & the same goes for breakfast. The rooms have tea and coffee, ensuites \ sofa. The staff...

I found reception to be extremely helpful. Always smiling and happy to help. Had to postpone my trip and this was not a problem. This time was in Room 4 which is on the ground floor. Walls are thin so fairly noisy and only small heater in room so quite cold but I knew it would be so no other...

Visited midweek having looked at other options in the town, no regrets in choice. Good value, probably equivalent to a 3 star hotel, with limited free parking, but, public car park not too far away with overnight ticket available. Be aware no onsite food or restaurant though a takeaway is next-door. On edge of town centre with easy flat walking...
