Lots of mixed reviews on this, but OUR experience was fine. Good location, friendly staff, breakfast fine, room clean. Typical pub with rooms. For the money.... what more do you expect. Good Value!, no problems, enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed here several times and several more times have been disappointed not to be able to get a booking. This time we were in the top room, sloping floors and narrow staircase, this is a real old pub, but the room is comfortable with a large bed. The bathroom is fine, but the shower feeble. Breakfast is good,...

Wifi works only in the pub bar and to a limited extent in the room above, and the parking is limited also but the evening meals we had here were good and the location is also excellent for restaurants, other pubs and...

Excellent position to visit the sights in Windsor on foot. The room was adequate with large bed tv tea coffee etc and plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Very friendly staff and good cooked breakfast and close to excellent eateries for evening meals

No real reception you just check in at the bar, and after closing time there is no service of any type. The car park...

First thing they ask for is your credit card....no offer of paying by cash. The rooms are adjacent to the Public house and are comfortable, clean and adequate enough. Breakfast served in a dirty area known as the Conservatory, although breakfast is very nice. location is very good to local amenities i.e. Castle, Theatre, Thames etc However, be warned, with...
