Celebrated a big birthday for our Mum here. From the moment we started the booking process to the lunch, the team could not have been more incredible. Friendly, couldn’t do enough for us, attentive, remembered all the “bits” agreed both before and on the day. I would highly recommend booking here for a function. In Windsor for a few days and very pleased with this Hotel . Nice ambiance, with all the required facilities in the room. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Adam. The Hotel is well located , and certainly good value for money. Close to the Castle, Restaurants and pubs.

Booked for 8 for 2 friends birthdays waited 30 minutes for tea/coffee and 1 hour and 10 mins to bring out sandwiches, we were the only people in there so no excuses for being busy, the scones were from Asda or Tesco and no pastries as advertised only packet mini cakes never been so appalled at service in my life, you couldn’t make it up how bad it was it was totally disastrous and ruined 2 girls birthday don’t have afternoon here or be prepared to be dissapointed

Fantastic hotel in the perfect location. Lovely and clean, staff can't do enough for you. Car park is a bonus. We had drinks at the bar in the evening and breakfast which was delicious. There was a friendly atmosphere throughout the whole hotel. We would definitely recommend to friends and would choose to stay at another Macdonald Hotel. Laura & Rob

This review is 5 out of 5 for the concierge Ali who was excellent. He went out of his way to look after us; and was the best thing about the hotel. Our room (standard room) was very clean and comfortable. Just be aware that if you have any mobility issues, it’s a very high sided Bath to get into (which is also the shower). Check in/out was easy and friendly. My only complaint is that the ladies toilets in the restaurant were always in need of a clean when I used them. Otherwise I’d recommend this place. And especially Ali!!

The hotel is modern, quiet and beautiful. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff, especially Ali, is super helpful. We loved our stay. The location is perfect for access to the castle and the surrounding city. We enjoyed afternoon tea.

Superb service from the very start from Ali! Breakfast was a dream with Jacques and Reuben! Rooms need a little attention as the door on the fridge is damaged at the hinge, floor tiles in the shower are uneven and can hurt your feet, and lastly the thing that is always my pet hate, only plugs on one side of the bed ( I had to plug my phone and watch in the desk )
