Thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. The hotel is in a great location, with everything well within comfortable walking distance. The staff are fantastic; friendly and professional. Our room was good , but not what I would term ' superior' which is what had booked. Breakfast choices were good, but the full English is a little 'empty'. Overall a nice...

The hotel is okay. I was expecting more, maybe, for what we paid. I mean, the bed was so small we kept waking each other up. The breakfast is included, but apart from the buffet with croissants and yogurts, fruits and cereal which is nice, the full english was not so nice! Mushrooms tasted weird and eggs were unflavoured!

Great welcome, staff very helpful and friendly. Close to the Long Walk and other attractions. Breakfast menu good for vegetarians. The hotel is very dated and needs a good refurbishment. The picture on the website must have been taken some years ago as it does not look like that now, old and tired. Room 42 is very small which makes...

Thank you for your recent review and once again it is lovely to hear our staff were helpful and friendly. This year we will be looking into refurbishing some areas of the hotel. If you did stay in Windsor again we do have bigger rooms away from the stairs which would be a lot quieter and you would be able...

Short 3 day break. Made very welcome. Room clean. Bathroom excellent. Room spoilt by worn carpet which was slightly marked by the wardrobe and door. Fantastic restaurant, excellent food. Room was cleaned every day and bed made, fresh towels. All staff provided excellent, professional customer centred service.

Absolutely awful!!! If you're looking for a close-ish to Windsor zero thrills stay in a hotel then fine. This though was a treat for my girlfriends birthday. It was scruffy, the bar was closed and when it was open there weren't any staff to serve us. When they did eventually serve us we were told we couldn't have what we...

Thank you for your feedback however I am slightly confused as on the morning of checkout it was myself who was on the desk and did ask if you enjoyed your stay with which you replied to as yes and none of your comments were mentioned. Your comments have been noted. Kind regards

This has to have been the worst stay at any hotel that we have ever had. As seasoned travellers, my husband and I were completely disgusted and disappointed in the accommodations as well as the response to our complaint at the Royal Adelaide Hotel. My husband and I live in London and frequent Windsor regularly and wanted to try this...

Stayed one night, hotel rooms very clean and accommodating. Lovely staff and very friendly. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Will definitely stay there again. Ideal location for walking into the town and the castle.

Stayed here on a Friday and Saturday night, paid for the upgraded room which was well worth the extra. The room was spacious and the bed one of the most comfortable we have had in a hotel. Breakfast was great. The hotel is 5-10 minute walk from the centre of Windsor, meaning it was a quite peaceful stay with no...

Stayed for a couple of nights, the small double is very small. The best part of it is definitely the location, just 10 mins walk into Windsor shops and the castle. Staff seemed ok but I got quite a rude response when asking about bar food menu/room service in the afternoon. I was told the room info book was not...

Dear Sir/Madam, Many thanks for your recent review and we do appreciate all guests comments. Our small double bedrooms are smaller rooms with slightly smaller beds but this is advised at the time of booking and other room types are available. With regards to the curt response from a staff member this is not our usual standard and the relevant...
