Whilst visiting Legoland with family we decided to search TripAdvisor for a local restaurant serving gluten free food (Coeliac daughter) to dine at whilst travelling home. We reserved a table and found the place with ease. From the outside it looks a bit scruffy but don't let this disparage you! The inside is immaculate, very welcoming and well laid out...

I called in to The Prince Albert in the afternoon with our dog (who was welcomed) and booked a table for the evening. The dinner menu is large and varied but after a while we were able to choose. My wife had scampi and chips and I had a lovely 10oz pork loin steak with cider sauce on a bed...

On the outside The Prince Albert looks like a typical pub. But the food served here is excellent. Top quality and restaurant standard. I had a burger without a bun. The burger was made with proper minced beef, cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. And the chips were crisp outside and fluffy inside. There is a varied menu with restaurant classics...

We stayed for four nights, planning to go to Legoland for two days. It worked out perfect place. 30 min walk to Windsor Castle 30 min walk to Legoland (though on a hot day it did feel longer) 15 min drive to Slough train station (for a trip to London.) Free parking but this does fill up as the pub/restaurant...

Never had a bad meal, taken friends and family several times and they have all enjoyed the food which has be excellent quality every time. You have the option of eating in the bar or the detached restaurant, friendly atmosphere to boot. Onsite Car park with a small out side area to enjoy a drink on a summers day.

Arrived and check in took a few minutes. Computer was down and only one staff member around to serve bar and take care of check in. Room was ok for a pub. Dated and a but shabby. Very far away from centre do took taxis which cost 5 pounds. Wouldn't stay again due to location and somewhat noisy.

First impressions, basic. The Prince Albert Inn is a pub on a main road, it has accommodation to the side. It is not walking distance into Windsor & parking within Windsor is expensive. The room had all you need for a nights stay, but we would not want to stay longer than 1 night. The room was clean, the bed...

We were staying in Windsor for my birthday week-end and had an evening meal here on the Friday. My daughter, son-in-law and I enjoyed an amazing starter and main course - please try the Moroccan lamb - it is to die for as were the Nachos to start! The waitresses were really helpful and polite and we can't recommend this...

So, I was in training for Tough Mudder and chose to ride to Windsor and meet my Bestie for lunch. She thought I'd never make it so when I popped my head round the door, the Chef welcomed me with open arms! Brilliant! They thought I'd never make it!! He told me where to put my bike and told me...

We recently visited Lego land and stopped here for dinner in the evening. On that particular evening the oven had broken however the menu was still good and the food was excellent along with the service. Would defiantly recommend. Very good all round X
