I found Barbara's B&B in Windsor on the internet when I arrived London Heathrow from the United States I was searching for a Nice Traditonal B&B away from Central London and was quite pleased with the location, Windsor is quite nice and by far its not as "Busy" as Central London if I wanted "Busy and overpriced I would have...

We wanted to have a nice break and we decided to spend the weekend in Windsor to go to Legoland a visit Windsor Castle and the surrounding areas. We found this lovely B&B and it couldn't have been better. The 702 bus from London has a stop right in front of the house. It is within walking distance from the...

We have just returned from a two night break in Windsor. The main reason we choose Barbara's B and B was because we needed to be able to park a car and walk every where. After looking at Winsor Town centre hotels that appeared to be a problem with little offering parking options and many booked up due to bank...

I stayed here recently right after arriving from Heathrow for a quick overnight jet lag decompress. The owners Barbara & Pat were gracious enough to let me arrive early (9:45 AM) to drop off my bags before heading to Windsor Castle. My bedroom at the top of the stairs was nice & comfortable, and the bathroom next door (not in...

We stayed one night at Barbara's as a easy mid-way point to meet up with family also on holiday from elsewhere staying in London. A bit difficult to find Barbara's along the busy Maidenhead road, the signage needs to be increased in size or made easier to see. The parking is also only limited to 2 small cars, which was...

I wanted to thank Barbara & Pat Flisher for a wonderful night at their B&B. The rooms were quiet, comfortable and the location was excellent with a short walk in to the pedestrian thoroughfare and the town. There were three pubs within 1-2 minutes walking for easy access to dinner locations. They offered free WiFi which is important to me...

I was shocked when entered the room as everything was a bunch of old stuff! On booking.com had excellent reviews so it was unexpected. It is far too expensive for an old bed, ruined furnitures, marked bed sheets, packaged jams and butter etc... The only positive note, the landlady is sweet. I will never suggest or come back in this...

We've been back 3 times - for one night each time, while coming from or going to Heathrow! After looking at various places to stay, this is the best price for good accommodation within walking distance to Windsor town and the castle and river. Also one of the few that offer parking - free! The spaces may be small, but...

We stayed at Barbara's bed and breakfast for one night. Before we had even left home for Windsor Barbara rang us to explain that she would not be home but that we would be met by a family member, which we appreciated. We had an en-suite room which was well presented and had all that was needed. The stay itself...

It is an easy walk into Windsor from this B and B. Whilst they say they have on site parking it is very limited and can be hard to negotiate into it. Our hosts were good and friendly. We thought we had an en-suite room but the bathroom was next door (not connected) which meant going out in the corridor...
