My boyfriend recently surprised me with a weekend away to Broadway - it's one of my favourite villages so I was over the moon. We stayed in the Abbots Room (aka Arkle room, the suite) and it was perfect. The room had a racehorse theme and it was so cosy and spacious. The bathroom was clean and bright and full...

So to the Broadway hotel for Sunday lunch. We have been before for an evening meal which was good so fancied a Sunday lunch. Atmosphere nice if busy, service average only three people serving a busy restaurant, at least that's how it seemed, as a consequence we waited 25 minutes for our starters, poor in any restaurant, starters of mackerel...

We just spent a chill out one night stay here. And feel so chilled. Lovely staff, great bar, great restaurant and food, superb rooms. Quality in this place is everywhere and can be seen in even the tiny detail. Really nice touch that many hotels miss - warm and powerful shower here too. Can't wait for next visit. Stunning.

This is a lovely hotel, with Excellent food and lovely staff. The reason for the mark down is food service is very slow in the evening. (But food extremely good and well presented.) We stayed in the Best Mate room 15, which was very nice, clean and well decorated. However the bed had a kind of ridge down the middle,...

Should have written this last week but have been busy with home improvements! Stayed for 4 nights in Broadway Hotel on 13th February. We were trying out our new little dog Oscar as we had always stayed in this hotel previously with various dogs. This Hotel is very dog friendly and go out of their way to make your stay...

We visit the Broadway for a five night stay most years in February, returning because having tried several other Cotswold hotels, this privately owned historic inn stands out for us. We were certainly not disappointed for 2017. Our pleasure began with a warm welcome from the Receptionists, setting a tone that ran throughout our stay. This historic Hotel has plenty...

The hotel is in a beautiful place and is itself attractive. The room, a"very good four poster" was pleasant and clean but the en suite tired, and not as clean as it might be. The bar was good although smokey and staff appeared unconcerned. Restaurant had small menu with little vegetarian choice and everything was very complex. What happened to...

Had an afternoon tea for two. Turned up so chilled (I expect from yesterday) that I thought the thick layer of butter was cheese initially. Sent this back. Waited another 30mins and went to get a refund. I was told that another was coming. This wasn't much better. Couldn't be bothered to complain again, so left.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff Room was cosy but a bit on the warm side. Good car park. Food in the restaurant was not too our taste a bit disappointing. As it was Valentines night it could have had a special menu to reflect that. Breakfast a good selection but we had a long wait for the cooked breakfast. Disappointed...
