The room was dusty (I wrote my name in the mirror, the dust was thick), dust behind the tv, a cobweb by the bedside lamp. The bathroom had mould in the shower corners. The bed had a very thin mattress so we didn't sleep well. Breakfast: cheap beans, mushrooms oily, bacon not nice. The main breakfast came whilst we were still eating the cereal. Will never, EVER come here again.

Asian Receptionist is extremely rude. It’s 28 degrees outside, I have 2 little windows open in the room, the fan is on blowing hot air and it is impossible to sleep in these conditions. I was told by the receptionists, there’s nothing she can do and other people are managing with the heat. She told me to open the windows… Extremely rude, discourteous individual and should maybe think of an alternative career path like a prison guard or such other profession. I questioned her about the 0.52mbps download speed WiFi, which basically doesn’t work at all due to the low speeds, I was told I can upgrade for £10 a night. Safe to say I will never ever be back in this horrendous hotel ever again and I strongly recommend you don’t book here. P.s I’m here for a full week without a refund if I leave so wish me luck 🤙

Avoid very sadbut find another hotel bathroom was absolutely disgusting shower , toilet was like a bacteria growing lab honestly we left feeling dirty Restaurant not open was not told about this, breakfast room we had large pans at the side us collecting the water from the leaks in the ceiling which must have been a long ongoing problem as the ceiling was all brown and stained Sadly would be returning and would highly recommend you find alternative accommodation

We were lied to. Told we had a king bed and what we got was a double with a mattress so bad you could feel the springs. My wife decided to sleep on the couch. No wonder this place is dead. They also treat you like a child at breakfast where you are given a pencil and paper and you have to tick what you want while the waiter stands there looking at you. Very poor

Perfect location for Game Fair at Ragley Hall. Room was spacious and clean, like a studio suite. Disappointed no restaurant open for evening food. This is what let it down. Staff we meet were friendly and helpful .Good breakfast.

What a dump. Booked by my company for a business trip. Filthy bathroom, mould on taps shower screen and sink. Would have walked out if I was paying privately. Lovely view of the car park traffic cones, rubbish etc. and the smell🤮 get past the third fire door and the damp derelict smell gets worse.

The staff are very helpful. However, the venue is completely lacking in atmosphere. The rooms are very basic, the breakfast offering very simplistic and the rooms are adequate but not much more than a Premier Inn is terms of quality. The restaurant was closed but we didn’t know this when we booked and the hotel made no effort to tell us in advance. They did offer some recommendations for nearby restaurants when we asked. However, the hotel website doesn’t stated that the restaurant is closed, nor does it state that the Falcon pub is closed. If we had known prior to booking, we would not have chosen to stay at this hotel. After we booked, we would have expected the hotel to advise us that what they offered was not available. On a more popular note, the hotel is in a good location, with just a short walk across the bridge to a good selection of cafes and restaurants. There is plenty of parking at the hotel and the staff that were on duty during our stay were very helpful.

Receptionist is rude and more interested in Facebook than helping a potential guest, I will never use this hotel down to her complete lack of hospitality. Very disappointed by the lack of customer service.

Really friendly staff who were very informative and helpful. The room was very clean and quaint great for a solo stay. I stayed in an economy room. Fan and has portable heater in the room already should I get too hot or cold. Had a lovely nights sleep! Breakfast was delicious with a choice of what you wanted. Courtyard garden was beautiful. Thank you 😊
