An imposing Victorian villa in an elevated position with many original Gothic features, within easy walking distance of the town centre, the hotel conversion has carefully preserved the character of the building. The property, including the gardens, is immaculately maintained and the bar, lounge, restaurant and bedrooms spotlessly clean, brightly decorated and very well heated. The owners take great pride...

My annual visit and The Cotsford Hotel still suprises me.. this time for the exception service attention to detail and the extra fabulous food. Try the scallops as starter followed by the duck breast served medium. Exception flavours and presentation, washed down with a bottle of St Emillion. Just to top it off the breakfast was exception and great quality...

So, we booked some rooms at this hotel for our friends and family for a 60th birthday get together Well, what can I say! From beginning to end Chris and Barbara were the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them or their amazingly friendly staff and with Hector featuring as the most stately doorman/doordog (including bowtie) it is...

What an absolute treasure of a find! We met here as a group of friends for a special occasion in Malvern and were treated to a relaxed, welcoming and warm reception at The Cotford. Barbara is the perfect host, attentive and friendly, and whatever Chris gets up to in the kitchen produces fantastic results. If you stay, please make sure...

Impressed with the cleanliness and efficiency of staff very friendly and pleasant. Our room was exceptionally small but for one night it wasn't important the beds were very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Just a few little niggling things though the staff were quite regimental in directing guests where they should go and when they could be...

Thank you for your review. We try really hard to please everyone, however, having read your other reviews, I feel that we've come out pretty well:-). No way would you have ever have waited 45 minutes for a main meal. We wouldn't be in business and really busy if we were that slack. ( Fortunately your observations are not picked...

We were among a small group of friends who, unsurprisingly, appreciate comfort, good food and wine, together with a welcoming ambience. Chris and Barbara met our expectations... and then some. Chris and his team provided top class food while, front of house, Babara was efficient and invariably friendly and welcoming. This attractive small hotel is exceptional. No wonder it has won...

Chris and Barbara, our hosts, have worked their socks off for ten years to make this place what it is.. a comfortable, friendly and relaxing place to stay. Their staff are charming and friendly, though Hector the dog was a bit too stand-offish for this dog lover! The rooms are comfortable, though some are on the small side, and our...

Stayed at this pretty hotel overnight on our way to the Cotswolds and was very impressed with it. The lounge, bar and our bedroom were all cosy, clean and very well decorated. We had The Bishops Room, with a four poster bed, which also contained a a day bed/sofa, perhaps suitable for making into a bed for a small child...

We needed somewhere to stay for one night and struck gold with this slightly random choice. It's friendly, warm, and intimate and manages that great skill of seeming very relaxed but in a way that requires enormous attention to detail. It's in a perfect position and feels sort of timeless and terribly British, in the best possible sense. We had...

What a wonderfully worded and warm review, An instant smile on all of our faces . You've picked up on our intentions perfectly. Thank you :-) Having just picked up "The Worcestershire Restaurant of the Year" and Runner-up as "Worcestershire Hotel of the Year" for 2016, your review just adds cream to the rather "unputdownable" cake that we all are...

We went to the Cotford Hotel for our anniversary and had a truly lovely evening. Not only is the food exceptional, but the service is excellent. This isn't the first time we have been to the Cotford and certainly won't be the last. For the consistently high standard of food that they serve we find the prices very reasonable. No...
