We stayed for 4 nights as members of a coach party. Our room was large and overlooked the gardens to the front. This is a lovely hotel in a quiet cul-de-sac, so no worries about traffic noise. Our king size bed was very comfortable and the shower easy to use. Two important pluses for us. Our evening meals were varied...

the hotel location was great, staff very helpful and the breakfast was great. Felt the room for what we paid was on the small side and the bathroom needs updating. Biggest problem is the location of the car park, its hell of a walk uphill to the hotel reception. Also very little outside space to sit in.

We stayed in room 326 , big room with wonderful view . Was a really nice experience, our room was spotless clean, and the bed was so comfortable. For dinner we had abbey burger and pasta with salmon , both of them was delicious, with excellent delivery services. Staff from reception was very pleasant and helpful. We definitely stay again...

Let's face it, Malvern Town is past its prime and so is the good old Abbey Hotel, how could it be otherwise, it's still a well located hotel for access to the Malvern Hills, friendly staff, good food, no complaints to speak of except creeping decrepitude, but that comes to all things in the end; I'm no exception.

Initially we were shown a small room - double bed, but usually used for single occupancy. When we complained we were shown another, larger very nice room, so we took that. Apart from this hiccup, our stay at the Abbey was without fault - good breakfast, efficient and friendly staff.

We stayed at The Abbey for 2 nights whilst visiting the RHS Spring Showa the Three Counties Showground. The hotel was about a 7 minute drive away which was perfect. Although the parking is free it is in a steeply sloping car park which really isn't big enough. It was a real squeeze to find anywhere to park when we...

A really lovely hotel. Very friendly staff, great food, very comfortable room. Make sure if you have lots of luggage to offload or young children, disabled or elderly that you park your car near the entrance to check in and then there is a drive down a slight slope to the main car park.

Stayed in a superior double room. Nicely refurbished with plenty of pillows and an iron and ironing board. Quiet and very comfortable. Courteous staff and tasty breakfast. Lovely views across the countryside with lots of public seating areas in and around the bar and reception. Central location in the middle of the town and close to the theatres and parks....

Hotel is partly in an old building thus is not as modern as many but has character. Plenty of seating area and lounges for guests. Staff were generally helpful but some lacked warmth in customer contact. Parking on site is good. We had a standard double room which was rather compact but functional for a 2-night stay. Wouldn't have liked...
