Just returned from a 3-nighter at the very impressive Abbey Hotel via Secret Escapes. This was an excellent deal, with one evening meal plus bottle of wine thrown in. We stayed at the hotel for bar meals the other two nights, and these were fine. Above all, we thought the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was the outstanding part... More

We was at a wedding held at the wondeful Abbey Hotel in Malvern Worcestershire. We booked a fabulous room looking out at the Abbey Church grounds we woke up to the bell ringing which was a fantastic end to our stay.

Booked only a few days before travelling, room available, confirmed by email. Easy to find, with off road parking at rear of hotel. Central for the Abbey, and the historic old part of the town. Friendly reception, room was warm, clean, comfortable, and quiet, with good facilities, and an excellent breakfast before leaving. Slightly tired decoration, but for the price... More

Spent one night here on route North. The reception staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. The room was large, well furnished and comfortable with those nice little attentions to detail that make it special. Could do with a few more signs in the town, a little difficult to go straight to. The restaurant was tastefully decorated for... More

Absolutely excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. One of the most comfortable beds ever slept in, room and bathroom spotlessly clean and an excellent breakfast. Next time will try to book an early dinner rather than having a disappointing meal at the Theatre Bistro

We booked a superior room for one night. The room was OK but not what I would call superior, also being quite small. There was some confusion at check in and a number of roads closed around the hotel - it would have been useful to have been told in advance. The breakfast was good. Malvern is s nice town... More

We booked this hotel last minute on an online booking site. We booked a double room with dinner and breakfast at an excellent rate of £109 per room. The parking is excellent on site but best to unload the car 1st before parking in the hotel grounds as the walk is uphill a little On arrival the reception was efficiently... More

What a find! We had arranged a visit to Morgan, my partner said he would take care of the accommodation. Ideal. 5 minutes from where we needed to be and a wonderful destination in it's own right. Beautiful old building, very friendly and helpful staff, very relaxing. Hard to fault. Couple of minor issues that were addressed promptly and very... More

I had my wedding here earlier this month; all of the staff bent over backwards to make sure our day was perfect. They were always professional and friendly. We were able to almost take over all of the hotel / bar with no issues. We chose The Abbey Hotel for its size, location and intimate setting it had. They were... More
