Nice a tidy hotel, friendly staff, very attentive. Reasonable food. Good range of beers and drinks. Very spacious, plenty of seats available. Tables could have done with a wipe following people leaving after food.

A very comfortable room with good facilities within the room. I would stay here again although I may ask for a room at the rear as the main road at the front is a little noisy. I am surprised they haven't invested in internal glazing as the old sash windows are not very environmentally friendly. The food in the bar...

Many thanks for your review, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. You should definitely book a valley room next time as not only are they quieter you'll be able to enjoy our amazing views!! Unfortunately as we area listed building we are unable to invest in secondary glazing and I agree the main can be a little busy so apologies...

Double room was clean and comfortable with ensuite which had great power shower. Hotel ideally situated for our visit to Malvern theatre. Had meal in fab curry house after play and enough time to grab drink in hotel bar which closed at midnight. Had great full English breakfast in the morning.

We chose to meet up with friends from around the country in Malvern. This hotel looked like an ideal place for us to stay - and it was! I stayed in a valley room with wonderful views over the countryside. Spent a lovely weekend catching up with friends, walking over the Malvern Hills and enjoying the ambience and excellent value...

Really lovely old building with modern rooms. We booked the twin room, they are seperate beds but pushed together which is not the idea of a twin... room was clean and a good size. Too hot over night, they seemed to have the heating on constantly. As weatherspoons pubs go this is a really nice one, clean and lovely views from...

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry that you found the room to be too warm. You control your own heating in the rooms via electric radiators, we don't control this at all. Being an old building it does tend to hold the heat however, which is maybe why you though we had turned...

Booked this on their jdweatherspoons website and it looked great. Level access was on the front page of the site and it didn't say there was no car park. It seems that you have to go into the hotels part of the website, although you can book without. We arrived no car park two flights of stairs just to get...

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry that you didn't see that we had no onsite parking. As you do mention, we do state this on the hotel page on the website. I'm sorry that you were disappointed that you were on the second floor. I do believe my colleague offered you a room...

The Foley Arms Hotel is now a Wetherspoons venue. It is situated right in the centre of Great Malvern quite high up on the Malvern Hills. The rooms are big, clean and so are the bathrooms. Rooms at the back have views over the Worcestershire countryside. Rooms at the front overlook the Worcester Road which gets busy from 6am. The...

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm pleased that overall your enjoyed your stay with us. With regards to the comments you make about smoking. This is a great place to stay. The staff are the friendliest I have come across, and the food was good and reasonably priced. My room was spacious, with a great view, and I could not have looked for better.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The stunning Georgian architecture of this old coaching inn has been a feature of the Victorian spa town of Malvern for 200 years.Situated right in the heart of the town, we have 23 individual bedrooms, many of which have wonderful views across the Severn Plain. All of our rooms are en suite and include tea- and coffee-making facilities, a hair dryer and TV. FREE Wi-Fi is available in the bar area and in most of our rooms however signal can sometimes be lost due to the style of the building. The Foley Arms Hotel is set in a wonderful location from which to explore the stunning Malvern countryside, the Midlands and the Welsh Marches areas. The area has a wide range of stately homes, beautiful gardens, lively farm parks and award-winning museums for you to explore, along with a host of modern-day attractions for all the family such as the Morgan's Visitors centre. It is also perfect for those visiting Worcester and Hereford races. Please note WE DO NOT HAVE A CAR PARK! Guests may park outside the front of the hotel to unload, then please ask reception for directions to the nearest car park. Some street parking is available free of charge , this is around a 10-15 minute walk to the hotel. Due the the building being listed we do not have a lift to our rooms so if you require a room on the reception floor (which still requires climbing some stairs) please notify us when booking. Our hotel is situated above our lovely, busy pub restaurant. Food is served from 7am-11pm and the bar is open till midnight 7 days a week. Large tables may be pre-booked so if you are celebrating let reception know or pop down and see us! Please be advised we are a very busy pub so some noise form our outside areas may carry to the room, especially at weekends. We do monitor customers and do try to keep distruption to a minimum but it is useful to bear this in mind when booking. Many thanks, and we look forward to welcoming you soon! ... more   less
