Stayed overnight the room very good, had a four poster bed which was very comfortable. My partner and I had a great nights sleep, with a lovely view of the river from out balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

I stayed here for two nights with my husband and two friends and my expectations were not very high before arrival. We pulled into the car park and was immediately wowed by the location of the hotel, it is situated on the banks of the river Severn which is very picturesque. Check in was very efficient and we were shown...

I stay regularly at the lenchford between business trips I cannot fault it. Nothing is ever a problem to the staff. They let you relax and the food is beautiful. I was there when they had a flood and the owners couldn't do enough for me. They dealt with the problem so professionally and did us proud. Thank you all...

I have just visited The Lenchford with several friends for an evening meal and some drinks. We all ordered food to the same table within minutes of each other and sat down by the river to enjoy our drinks. Although the setting and views are very pleasant, it was not enough to mask the poor quality of service that we...

I stayed here whilst on a training course in Worcester city centre. I chose this location to avoid the hustle and bustle and maximise study time in the evening. I was very pleasantly surprised to find such a hidden gem. Great customer service, the staff were very welcoming and I felt quite at home. A friendly bar where everyone says...

Had not been for lunch here for 2 years, don't know why! Beautiful riverside spot. Good beers, friendly staff, decor a little tired! But the food, wow! The burger is out of this world. 8oz beef, real beef, bacon, cheese, 2 enormous fried onion rings, toasted bun with salad garnish. Hot chunky chips. Best burger I have ever had !

We stayed overnight in the ground floor family room. French doors opened out onto the banks of the river with little boats moored up alongside. Room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Had dinner in the evening, again fantastic and a lovely breakfast on Sunday morning. All in all, a lovely place, in a lovely place with a...

The hotel is in a beautiful setting but the hotel itself needs a bit of money spent on it, it is a bit shabby. We stayed 2 nights and was given a room on the second floor, it was a great view but the bathroom was in need of some updating. We had a meal in the restaurant on our...
