Very dirty hotel no food facilities due to problems. the hotel was shared with very dirty smelly people presumably for homeless people. I will never return to this or any other travelodge hotel again couldn’t wait to leave . Serious training with staff is needed.
I booked two rooms for 2 nights on separate days. We had a good welcome when we arrived. We were made aware of the lack of kitchen facilities, but the bar was open. Our rooms were good, comfy bed, small shower room and good sized towels. There were some basic toiletries. The tea tray was basic and had tea and coffee available. We had coffee in the bar and experienced problems with the prepaid WiFi. It was good and the staff welcoming and friendly. The xar park is an ncp and is about £16 for 24 hours. We'd definitely go back
Stayed here for three nights. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly and very helpful. All in all A comfortable and relaxing time together Would thoroughly recommend any time.
We struggled to find the hotel, as its above a shopping centre and not well sign posted. Had to ask a local road sweeper who was great and took us there. The check in staff said they’re aware of the issue and trying to get it improved. Once found, location, staff and rooms are great
1. No soap in dispensers in shower or above sink 2. Staff member clearly not fit for work due to injury 3. Breakfast was a joke, constantly ran out of food, plates, cups 4. Milk in the coffee machine took 30 minutes to refill 5. No one on reception or in bar had to go searching for them when you needed them 6. Poorly judged comments by the manager
Stayed here for a wedding on 3 September 2022. Great location as easy access to shops, river walks and other amenities. Very clean and comfortable with helpful staff. The breakfast was good, enough range of hot and cold food. Perfect for a short break. Only issue there might be a bit of noise at night as it’s above bars and restaurants in the square. It wasn’t a major issue for us because we were shattered and went straight to sleep.
It was nice for the night I stayed. The hotel was quiet but I still felt safe. The staff were helpful with any enquiries I had. Shower gel was provided, even though the dispenser was broken. My only complaint is I wish Travelodge would upgrade it’s tv provider to enable guests to access more channels, perhaps Netflix as well. The windows also need a wash.
Apart from the welcome from the staff who were overall friendly but "fighting understaffing issues" our stay at Worcester Cathedral was very uneventful and extremely basic - We would definitely think twice about booking with Travelodge again
from the moment we walked in the staff made you feel at home, friendly helpful. hotel very clean as was the room, fantastic view from the window. bed very comfy. the hotel is right in the middle of everything all within walking distance. the breakfast was very good although a couple of item were unavailable, but still plenty to keep you happy hot food cooked well and again the staff very helpful and smiling even at that time of the morning. coffee very hot so was the tea and plenty of selection. form checking in to checking out all so easy and 12:00 check out all in all a fantastic stay well done staff. Caroline was a stand out for us helped with loads of thing in town.
My room key card consistently didn’t work resulting in me having to go to reception and get it checked numerous times. Housekeeping didn’t come to my room despite leaving the top me up sign on my door for 2 days in a row. My partner was also very rudely spoken to on the first night when he wanted to stay with me due to some issues I was going through - he wanted to pay to stay the one night and this was refused and he was told to leave instantly as guests supposedly aren’t allowed after 10pm. Rubbish hotel.
