Arrived here for a 1 night stay, and on entering the bedroom (room 2) it was freezing cold, although reception did give us a heater to put on. The bedroom was lovely apart from a couple of stains on the furniture and carpets. We decided against breakfast at the four seasons hotel after reading the bad reviews on TripAdvisor. Get...

Lovely welcome from staff, very relaxed atmosphere and cosy clean deluxe room with comfy bed. Rooms are small but we don't care about that sort of thing, the price is incredibly reasonable for what you get. We had a nice seaview and the sounds of the sea were very soothing at night. We chose not to try breakfast as we...

Made a booking for another 'hotel' on a different booking site. On the day, an hour before due to book in, received a call to say that they were over booked and they would be placing us in their sister hotel with a sea view. We had travelled over 3 hours to get there so cancelling was not really an...

Great welcome on arrival which was nice as we had a terrible journey from Burton on Trent taking 7 hours because the M54 as closed near Wellington and diversion signs not good , then I had a guy stop abruptly in front of me and got bumped from behind . Anyway the hotel was fine comfy and cosy in room...

Great location but tired rooms in need of an update and very little storage space for clothes, we had an en-suite 2nd floor room with a rear view of a roof & dilapidated courtyard so not great. Nice big bathroom but in need of renovation, the bed was awful with springs clanging when you turn over so not a great...

Lovely room, nice comfy bed and large ensuite. Nicely decorated, plenty of tea/coffee and biscuits I'm room and enough milk - thank you! Very easy check in with dog, extra charge but not a problem at all. Lovely breakfast next day after comfortable nights sleep. It does advertise parking but we parked out front which was easy. Will be back....

We checked into Ty Belgrave for a one night stay . We came to see our Godsons graduation . We were asked to pay on arrival which I found quite strange . The Ty Belgrave is advertised as a hotel . Don't believe it . We had paid 150 for the room so I expected Hotel service . We had...

Stayed in Room 7 right up in the attic, plenty of room for us but headroom is slightly compromised in the en suite due to the sloping roofline - the building is old so you expect these things. The room was nice, quiet and comfortable and breakfast was good.

Last minute short break booked on another site, central to where I wanted to be. View of the sea more than made up for the little tired room. Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast really tasty and as much as you wanted. Only problem I had was kept losing mobile signal and wifi
