I am writing this review from my bed, overlooking the sea in room 16 on the top floor. This is our second visit here and we cannot fault it We first came in August but had to leave early because our dog was poorly… the manager allowed us to rebook our missed night for now ( we were in a similar situation in a different hotel previously and lost 2 nights which they would not offer us back) so customer focus is key here at eryl mor. Our room is beautiful and absolutely spotlessly clean in the best location in Bangor It’s very dog friendly Staff are very welcoming and lovely Will definitely come back Thank you eryl mor x

Excellent from the first moment to the end. Receptionist was polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. A lovely sea view. After a good night's sleep breakfast was served by helpful and cheery ladies. Well done all. Very pleasent stay. Will definitely stay again. Ps. A very dog friendly hotel.

I travel a lot with work so I have a good basis to compare the hotel with others. Firstly, the hotel staff great and super friendly; and the hotel location is fantastic - stunning views from the room and the restaurant. The good things sadly end there, the room itself was incredibly dusty and not had a proper clean for a long time. The bathroom looked clean but had a weird smell. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every little noise made by the guest in the room next door. Had breakfast in the restaurant which was ok but nothing special for £10.

I booked an after funeral 'Tea"for twenty six guests on August 8th and I need to highlight the exceptional quality of the food and service from your charming staff. Thank you for providing all that we could ever have wished for at this time. The family cannot thank you enough for your care and kindness. Very best wishes Amanda Spriggs
