We were here for the fall craft festival in Conwy and looking for a good place to eat. This fit the bill perfectly. the dining room was quaint, the location central, and the food delicious. the service was quick and we were soon back out finishing the days adventure. We did not look at the rooms but if they are...

We had a very comfortable stay at the Castle Hotel. It has lots of character and an interesting history. The bar is lively and sells local real ale. The food in the restaurant is excellent. It is right in the middle of town, so everything you want is on the doorstep. Parking is provided. Wi-Fi is available in the rooms....

Thank you for your lovely review. As you write, the hotel has a great 'story' having been in the town for hundred's of years! We have been 'custodians' of this famous old inn for a mere blink - just 16 years! So pleased you enjoyed the unique atmosphere and were well looked after.

After Ferry from Dublin to Holyhead then train to Conwy, we quickly checked in at Swan Cottage (tre quaint) and walked to nearby St George and Dragon pub which advertises on We've Page to be open at this time. They turned these hungry, tired travelers away at 8:40. So we were down to the corner and up High St. Wher...

Hotel is cozy, warm and inviting. Staff friendly and helpful. Loved the fish pie in evening and poridge in am. Location superb surrounded by pubs and interesting shops. Placed in the middle of ghe walled town with less than three blocks to the turreted city walls in every direction.

Thanks very much for great little review. Conwy is a great little town - and as a World Heritage site - as you say "Cozy" tucked into it's castellated walls and protected by the famous, spectacular Edwardian castle - a must see place! I'm guessing you're not from these parts - so thank you for visiting!

We stayed in two different room as we decided to extend out three night break into five as the hotel is so nice. Both rooms were really lovely - luxury with comfort - and the transfer from one room to another was so easy. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is great. Another thing which we...

Thanks for a great review. I'm extremely pleased that a continuing 'theme' on here is the quality of our team and the guest experience they manage to give 99 times out of a hundred. I'm very happy you liked the 4 poster room - it's our 'Marmite' room - some people love it .......others not so much! It's going to...

We had a fabulous time at the Castle Hotel. The room was pure luxury (it was the suite!) and the food was excellent. The staff did everything they could to look after you. We can't wait to go back and would highly recommend it as a great place to stay in a wonderful part of Wales.

We visited the hotel as it said it was four star so we assumed being in a holiday town it would have good facilities for babies. We were disappointed to see that there was no baby change facility at all, despite it seemed the toilets having been recently refurbished as they featured the new dyson sink/dryer combo. For a four...

Thanks for your review - perhaps a little unfair?! Yes we have recently refurbished our ladies loos, but space is the issue with baby changing, plus the volume of people Conwy generates - many looking to use our toilets! We are a Grade 2 listed building, so alterations aren't easy, but we are disabled firendly - access from our main...
