We visited the restaurant over Easter 2017, very friendly staff and a nice well prepared lunch. Good range of food from Tapas to Burgers and a fabulous vegetarian cannelloni. Good range of wine, beer and cider. Lovely location away from the business of Betwys y Coed set back from the road in a stunning location. Food was all good value...

We stayed two nights and used the hotel as a base for driving around North Wales. Our room was large and comfortable and the bathroom was modern. We had dinner in their restaurant both nights and it was excellent. All staff, especially Zoe, were very professional and helpful.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a family wedding and it could not have been any better - superb location with ample parking, friendly staff, lovely rooms, & both breakfast and dinners were perfect - We would have no hesitation about booking this hotel again.

Being self employed we don't get away often, so when we do it is important for me that the other half gets as much rest as he can, and Craig-y-Dderwen did not disappoint. We received the biggest warm welcome from the staff, the room was equipped with all the bits we needed, overlooking the grounds and the river, in all...

After being let down at the last minute by another hotel we managed to get a room at THE RIVERSIDE HOTEL. Lovely friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us and nothing was to much trouble. Very clean modern bedroom, warm and extremely comfortable with a fantastic view of the river. My first stop was the bathroom. I wasn't disappointed.........
