We enjoyed a wonderful 4 day stay at this resort. The staff was very friendly and the food was great. The room was spacious with a wonderful view of the river. This is a great central location to explore the area. This is a hiker's paradise with several options available ranging in levels of difficulty.

My husband myself and our springer spaniel have just spent three nights here in a balcony room. The room itself was huge which was perfect for us as we always take our dog bed with us and the bathroom was excellent with a very modern shower and bath. The only negative of the room was as there were double doors...

The staff were superb on our recent stay (mid-july). Michelle in particular was brilliant, really intuitive to our needs (we had a toddler) and a credit to the hotel. The waiting staff for meal times were very attentive and polite. So thank you, it was very much appreciated. The real ale on tap was pretty good too (although expect hotel...

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in July. We were given a warm welcome after a long drive and grotty weather. Check in was quick and easy. We booked a riverside room and all I can say is Wow! The view was exceptional and the location really gives the hotel the feel of that something special. It's...

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, wonderful food and the service could not be faulted. My wife and I are both disabled and the staff were only too ready to help...

The hotel is located about 150 yards off the main road, right next to the river. It is a beautiful location and yet the centre of Betws is only a ten minute easy walk away. We paid extra for a river view room, which was huge, with a balcony that overlooked the river. It is also great to have breakfast...

Stayed for 2 nights as a break from house moving! Check in was easy and our room was ready early. We had room 1 which is accessed round the side of the hotel and you have your own front door. Fab room with a massive bed!! Spotlessly clean, everything you could need (good welcome tray, TV, hairdryer, toiletries etc) has...

Although I arrived in torrential rain, I was immediately struck but the beauty of the location next to the Conwy river at Betws-y-Coed. I stayed one night and eat in the hotel restaurant. The food was good and the wine selection adequate. Service was excellent throughout. My only two gripes were the quality of decor throughout, which is showing its...
