We have just finished a four night stay at this lovely bnb. It is very clean, comfortable and ideally situated for beautiful walks. The owners were very friendly and more that happy to suggest local walks and ensure that our stay was enjoyable. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. Betws-y-Coed is a short stroll away.

Returned home on Tuesday after staying for 7 nights at this really lovely Guest House. Nothing was to much trouble for Janet and Ian, the kind and friendly owners. The room was always clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great also, loved both the Smoked Salmon and Smoked Haddock. Both Janet and Ian were always a mine of information for...

We were a party of 3 and booked the 3 bed family room. Rooms were very well furnished and the house very historic and quaint. Very nicely decorated and the usual sumptuous welsh breakfast. Hosts were very friendly and offered lots of suggestions for eating and walking. Driveway is a little difficult to manuver but worth the effort. Highly recommended.

Nice quiet property in lovely grounds, but close to the amenities and attractions in Betws-y-Coed. Great base to explore Snowdonia. Our room was warm and cosy (in October!) with a huge comfy bed. Janet & Ian were great hosts, happy to share their local knowledge. I'm vegan and they went beyond my expectations making sure I was just as well...

We had arrived this past week in Betws-y-Coed without a booking and were very fortunate that Glyntwrog House had one room available. While only there for one evening unfortunately, Glyntwrog and our most genial hosts Ian and Janet were very accomodating, with a wealth of information on the area and a most delicious breakfast! Sorry we couldn't stay longer. Slightly...

Many thanks for your kind comments. We were pleased we could help you with your sightseeing and directions. As you say the restaurant just next door to us is really good, all our guests really enjoy the food, but it pays guests to book as they are very busy. Glad you enjoyed your visit to St Michael's Church which is...

Perfect! Janet and Ian are amazing. We stayed there in May 2015 , yet they still remembered that my husband does not like hot drinks. The breakfast is amazing and they always have gluten free bread for toast, no need to let them know in advance. They are so friendly and the B&B is of a very high standard. The...

Stayed at this B&B for 3 nights in September 2016. From the moment of arrival the owners Janet & Ian could not be more welcoming or accommodating. There is plenty of parking avaliable within the grounds of the property. Room number 1, Wagtail is a very large and comfortable en-suite room, with lovely views across the woodland. The room is...

We decided on a last minute visit to Portmeirion and this hotel was quite close. It was a bonus to find ourselves in Betws-y-Coed which we enjoyed very much.
