Stayed for 2 nights in this attractive and very comfortable guest house with our daughter and son in law. We all enjoyed the stay. The accommodation is well decorated. The food is very good and the owners Mark and Sarah extremely welcoming. Good location for exploring the area.

This is an excellent B&B just outside the centre of Betws-y-Coed. The shops and restaurants around a 5 to 10 minute walk away. Sarah and Mark are excellent, very friendly and informative and helpful. I recently stayed at the Ferns Guesthouse prior climbing Snowdonia. Sarah and Mark were excellent hosts and the room was very clean and comfortable. We had a lovely time the Ferns on the late May bank Holiday. Sarah and Mark are great hosts. They have in depth knowledge of the area and lots of tips for fabulous walks. We had no need for the tourist information centre, as we got up to date weather updates and route details. The rooms are comfortable and cosy....

We stayed here briefly in May 2016 whilst travelling around Great Britain, after a recommendation by a friend. It was definitely a delightful find in this part of North Wales. Warmly welcomed by Sarah and Mark....Sarah even treated us to a lovely cup of tea and some Welsh teacake after our long drive...we were shown to a cute little room...

We stayed at the Fern's Guesthouse after completing the Three Peaks Challenge & I have to say it was a perfect end to a perfect trip!
