Absolutely wonderful nights stay. Lisa our host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. The log burner was going well in our lounge area and provided a warm, relaxing and cosy end to our long day. Breakfast, as other people have said, was fantastic . Can't recommend a visit enough and certainly won't hesitate to book again if we are in the area.

Just returned from 2 nights at Ty Mynidd in Radr. The building itself is so characterful and the room cosy and super clean. Lisa our host was so friendly and provided us with everything we needed. Ideally situated close to the railway station it allowed us to explore both Cardiff and the Bay. We would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Lovely stay at this B&B. Nice and quiet. We were here for the rugby so ideal to catch the train from the local station. Lisa is a wonderful hostess and couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Fantastic breakfast with fresh produce. Room really nice and super clean.

We had a nice stay here, in the apartment. Comfy bed , warm accommodation and plenty of breakfast food left for us to help ourselves to! Lisa, the owner, is very welcoming and cheerful. Sky Q to watch, for those dark evenings. Easy to walk to the Taff Trail if you fancy a stroll along the river, or you can walk to the train station to catch a train to Cardiff, one leaves every 10 minutes.. great if you are going out for a meal/drink and you don’t need to drive back or search for car parks. Easy drive to the Brecon Beacons for the more adventurous walkers. Definitely stay again!

Stayed at the lodge where Roald Dahl spent part of his childhood! The house had loads of character. Lisa, the host, was wonderful! She was very friendly and helpful and we felt very much at home. The bed was super comfy and we had a massive bathroom. The breakfast was superb! freshly cooked and lots of choice. There was fresh fruit lots of cereal and every type of bread you could think of! We would definitely go back!
