Great location for mermaid Quay with loads of bars and restaurants to eat/drink. 10min walk to city centre too. The room had the world's noisiest extractor fan which let the whole thing down. Report to reception. Wasn't offered another room as told there wasn't any. Maintainance man came up to look couldn't fix so just switched it off at the mains. Stopped the buzzing but whole room steamed up when using the shower. Lady at reception told us that this same issue was brought up by the last people who stayed in that room but it obviously wasn't sorted before selling us the room.

We had a fantastic stay here - our room was clean and tidy and we had everything we needed. Parking was free and safe. The staff on reception were fantastic - especially Kim who was so friendly and helpful, and assisted us throughout our stay and made us feel welcome... we would definitely stay here again!

Nice enough and a typical Travelodge which is basic. Room quiet and free parking which was great and it was only just a short walk to train which got us right into Cardiff. A walk what have taken half hour. Breakfast was a bit disappointing and even though had a cooked one did nt taste of anything. Self service and you could have whatever you wanted.

Easy to access , great destination to stay in Cardiff and the staff ate extremely professionall , hotel was clean and food was great , my son being extremely fussy eater , ate both at dinner and breakfast, definitely stay again

Nice staff and a clean comfortable stay in cardiff. A good nights sleep. Room clean and tidy, heater and window worked well. All staff from check in, food and drinks and check out - nice and customer focused.

Perfectly located, 5 minute drive to city centre, 5 minute walk to Cardiff Bay Mermaid Quay. Food and entertainment readily available at the nearby Red Dragon complex. Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, rooms clean and relaxing, little to no noise would recommend

Great location for visiting Cardiff Bay area, with the bonus of free car parking. The hotel is generally clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice and decent quality food, cooked nicely. The restaurant is spacious and welcoming. All staff seemed to be friendly and helpful. All together an enjoyable stay.

Excellent location and parking facilities for Cardiff bay. Easy to get into Cardiff centre by taxi, bus or train. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Room was good and clean apart from a mug and an empty beer bottle under the bed. Won’t stop me going again.

Welcoming staff, helpful reception staff . The cleaner Shane asked how I had found my stay . The room was comfortable , it was clean and there were extra pillows . The staff at breakfast were helpful, friendly and it was a good experience.
