Stayed here with my husband for one night. We have stayed in a few different hotels in Cardiff over the years, but had never been here before and I must say we were pleasantly surprised. Very much appreciated the little Welsh touches as well as the individual decor. Our room was on the first floor at the rear of the building so was lovely and quiet. Room was very clean and both hubby and I loved the walk in shower. I never normally sleep in hotels, but actually had a vert comfortable night. The only down side was that the windows didn’t open. Great central location, we both agree we would definitely stay here again

We stayed for one night following having to ‘move’ dates due to illness r.e original booking. The hotel was really understanding and even gave us a free upgrade. Staff were polite and very helpful. Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Easy to access shopping areas and parking nearby at Sophia Gardens was not a problem. We will definitely return.

Fantastic little gem of a hotel. Superb location, beautiful decor, comfy beds, great shower, and wonderful breakfast. What more could you ask for! A big thank you to the wonderful staff at the Indigo, especially Jack, who organised taxis and was so helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. Would highly recommend the hotel, and look forward to staying there again in the future.

we booked a wheelchair accessable room for the weekend, the staff were all very pleasant and helpful, the room was very spacious, plenty of turning space for the wheelchair. the ensuite was large, good rails, shower chair too small I don't consider myself overweight but tall and found it short and a tight squeeze, , loo roll holder on floor near shower not a good idea, need to look at thresholds on doors, not smooth to roll over

I have stayed at Hotel Indigo in Cardiff a number of times since 2018. It is very well priced and the rooms are large, very clean and full of nice décor features. I did have a couple of issues but I must say management sorted them out very well and I think they were out of the ordinary situations. Overall another great stay in the heart of Cardiff.

Lovely and clean hotel the restaurant is amazing and reasonably. I was there with 5 friends and they really looked after us well. Breakfast was amazing and well worth the money and nanshee was exceptional she couldn’t do enough for our party she was amazing and so was the rest of the staff.

The rooms have always been spotless, staff have gone out of there way to be helpful, whatever the time of day, or night !! Superb location for visiting the Welsh Capital. Excellent choice of bars and restaurants if you feel you would like a change from the Marco Pierre White restaurant on the 6th Floor. There were 10 family members, ages from 14 to 75 and everyone had a great time. Thank you Hotel Indigo, we will return.

This has to be one of the nicest hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The location is excellent, so central and the staff could not do enough to help - always happy to give that little bit extra. The rooms were beautifully decorated with really comfortable beds. The breakfast in the Marco Pierre White restaurant upstairs is also amazing, and again, really friendly staff. If you're looking for something for one night or longer, with easy access to the cities main attractions, then please look no further ! I cant wait to go back! Matt and Lisa .

Checking out room for future stay Reception Staff very helpful and thoughtful the reception also booked a table for us at the Marco Pierre White restaurant My Wife is a full time wheelchair user so dinning out can be challenging to say the least The staff in the restaurant are all very helpful access was very good and good sized tables with plenty of leg room yes this is very important for a wheelchair user our server Ben was polite patient with excellent communication skills and truly an ambassador for the restaurant and the younger generation The food was very good and well priced A big thanks to all the staff
