My husband and I stayed there for my birthday, thought we could do a bit of shopping and stay the night in Cardiff... Payed for a Superior Queen room and it turned out to be a a standard room... Reception staff had a bit of difficulty sorting out our booking then handed us our key and we went to the room... Wasn't worth the money we spent, our daughter and son in law stayed here 3 weeks before in a standard room and we found out via video call with her that our room was exactly the same as hers... Didn't sleep a wink all night due to loud music and people outside enjoying themselves a bit too much.. Would have had a better sleep in our car..

The Hotel Indigo provided us with a very comfortable and peaceful at night room so we got good sleep. Jacques, front of house manager, in particular went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. I would recommend the Hotel Indigo as very central and very close to places to visit and meet loved ones in great restaurants. We enjoyed the Sunday Roast lunch in the Marco Pierre White Restaurant on the 6th Floor of the Hotel Indigo.
