My last stay here was nothing to write home about, torn bed linen & stained ceiling but this visit was totally different, room (109) was amazing with very modern decor, coffee machine & plush bed. Not sure if all the rooms are similar.

Room was disappointing toilet door hadn't been cleaned, scatter cushion on bed stained, no fresh toilet roll, coffee served at breakfast when tea was requested and cup on the table dirty. Disappointing stay.

On arrival at the hotel we had a warm welcome and were checked in quickly. We were attending a tribute night which was great fun, the Michael Buble impersonater was spot on. The food during our stay was good, hot and served by friendly efficient staff. All in all a great time. My Wife thoroughly enjoyed it.

Had to wait for our room despite being 2 hours late for check in. Had a free coffee in Starbucks which made up for it. Room was beautifully spotless and very luxurious. Very happy with our stay and for the value! £37 for a club room including breakfast!

On arrival the staff were really friendly and guided me through the online check in. The rooms were great with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and the food was good.

Self service check in and no towels. Good breakfast but at additional cost when we paid so much for the room. Rugby international day raises prices from £89 to over £400. The room was ok but not at this price. Having to ring down for towels is a new experience.

Booked here for our team xmas dinner-well what can I say-not much actually-I am type 2 diabetic and we had requested weeks in advance that my meal be diabetic friendly. The soup was, however it appeared to be nothing more than thick passata with no flavour what-so ever. The main course (what there was of it ) was very poor,...
