Arrival at the hotel was easy and had very nice welcome. I was staying with my partner for just a few nights away, the breakfast and the staff were really good. the trip was slightly pulled down by the quality of the room I had a premier plus room and I must say its not worth the cost.
Perfectly located hotel for sightseeing, enjoying the local restaurants on the waterfront and shopping with very friendly and helpful staff. Exactly what I expected from a Premier Inn. Parking adjacent to hotel with reduced charges.
The duvet was too heavy & hot, no top up of drink condiments, couldn’t get the free wifi to work on iPhone 12 despite 3 signal bars. The staff were friendly & helpful when present. Well located fir the Bay & parking worked well
This is the latest Premier Inn to open in Cardiff. It has an excellent location close to the Millennium Centre and the Bay, and car parking is adjacent. Very quiet and comfortable rooms, good value for money, and friendly and helpful staff. Top marks.
Excellent location, small walk to the bay itself. Rooms have very comfortable bed, good size bedrooms, very clean. Lovely hot water, excellent value breakfast £9.95 buffet style, all you can eat. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money.
A great hotel and very clean. Location was excellent, great value for 1 night. Had breakfast the next morning for £9.95 each and worth every penny. Buffet style with plenty of choice and all fresh. Rooms were a good size and bed very comfortable.
Parking next door in multi story easy to get to. Check in was busy so used the machine. Room was fine with a double, single and sofa bed. Plenty of towels. Warm shower. However the double was really uncomfortable and the sofa bed. Didn’t sleep well and some noisy group of females swearing at 2am did not help. Booked breakfast for the next day, plenty of room in the restaurant and choice but longer doing black pudding.
A typical Premier Inn hotel. Unfortunately no longer a cheap hotel though. Room was as expected. Always clean. The only problem with this hotel is the food. On our last visit we didn’t book breakfast as continental is shocking - just bread, pastries, yoghurt and fruit. Continental is usually with eggs, cold meats and cheese. The cooked breakfast looks good but is usually cold (always cold in my experience). If they served hot food on hot plates I’ll come back to book breakfast.
Stayed here a few times now and honestly cannot say a bad word they are the best team of staff I’ve ever met will do anything to make sure your stay is perfect. The location is amazing and everything is on the doorstep or a quick Uber away.
comfortable, cosy rooms, with all amenties, breakfast was super convient, flexible on checking in earlier for extra 10 pounds and easy check in and out. Loved staying there location is great also for cardiff bay and the restaurants
