Stayed in Cardiff for Let’s Rock Wales, 10 minutes from Bute Park, lots of shops. Spacious room, good shower and lots of breakfast. Arrived early, paid for early check in so could leave our bags before festival. Security on door when we returned.

Great location if you are out and making use of the party type feel of the town. Very noisy bar opposite but you can't complain if you are partying. Breakfast was good and plenty of alternatives around. Cardiff is awesome

Stayed overnight to watch a show in The New Theatre. Convenient location reasonably priced as we paid in advance (6 months) shame there is no partnered parking discounts like some other hotels in the area

Stayed here for business, thankfully just for the one night. The hotel is awful, feels more like a hostel but £150 a night. The hotel is shoddy & grubby, looks like it hasn't had any meaningful maintenance in years. The room was a tiny box, the bathroom door was flimsy & wouldn't close properly, there was a huge stain on the carpet, the noise coming from the road outside was loud & going on late into the night, and the breakfast the following morning was horrendous. For the price, could have stayed in MUCH better. Lesson learned.

We check in on 25 May, at the arrival we are welcomed by a young gentleman and Hotel Assistant Menager. The week before arrival I called and asked for a quick room as I was staying with the kids and for the room that my mum can buy next to us . We were given room 114 and 115. Very happy and very quiet over the night.

Overall a great place to stay for a few nights to explore the City. Great value for the money we paid and right in the centre of Cardiff. Good breakfast and clean and comfortable bed. Terrific shower, great stay.

Since living on The Isle Of Wight, my third year back to visit good friends. Travelodge Cardiff Queen St is my mainland home when staying in Cardiff. A brilliant Travelodge, nice comfortable rooms and beds. Good Bar and Restaurant area. 24 hour Reception. The following members of staff are absolute quality and brilliant with the guests, they are a total credit to Travelodge....Tommo, Ben, Kyle, Dan and Kelly. This is a totally quality Travelodge to stay in the above mentioned Staff members make the place including the friendly hard working House keeping staff. Also very good value for money. Look forward to me visit back, next year 😉👍

This hotel is right outside the Live Lounge music bar & the noise & loud music went onto to nearly 5 in the morning!!! So could not get any sleep at all, we then heard people cleaning up outside from the live lounge causing more noise & then revellers coming into the hotel to stay also keeping us awake was not helpful.in future would stay at the other Travelodge near station or the premier inn 😡

The outside noise makes it impossible to sleep in the dark dingy room. Breakfast quality is appalling. I would not recommend anyone to stay here if you want to get a good nights sleep. Paid £260 To be kept awake all night. Travelodge Increase there rates dramatically when international Concert on but offer nothing extra.
