The Courtfield Hotel is a special place, a Victorian townhouse oozing character, a mere stone's throw away from the centre of Cardiff in the handsome Pontcanna area. As newcomers to Cardiff, the owners have gave us a very warm welcome, which was a great introduction to the city. Keith was a great help to us, always willing and able to...

Excellent little B&B, convenient location for the town centre, nothing too much trouble, hosts very welcoming and friendly. Have stayed on a few occasions, and it will be my first enquiry as and when I will want to stay in Cardiff.

This is a short stroll to the park and 10 mins to city centre, ideal for rugby and cricket. No there is no wifi, but...

Excellent place to stay within walking distance of the castle and centre. Very welcoming owners in a Victorian terrace with a lot of original features. Great value for money, which includes a made to order breakfast that will set you up for the day.

A complimentary upgrade and a very warm welcome set the tone for a very enjoyable stay. Peaceful, spacious rooms with excellent beds meant that sleeping was easy, and a delicious cooked breakfast with superbly attentive service provided a great start to the day. I will return.

I was very impressed by the personal, efficient and friendly service I received when booking this hotel and this high level was maintained throughout the weekend that I stayed there with 3 other members of my family. Keith and Norman made us feel extremely welcome and provided us with an excellent breakfast each morning. Although the rooms are rather dated,...
