Not bad experience in this hotel at all.. For the price I paid of £36 pound for the night the room was not bad Very small but kind of funky. Like you hired a bedroom on a private plane kind of style. Only problems I had which are nothing really 1. No kettle. 2. Little bit of toilet roll. 3. The double bed is two single beds pushed together.. Food is cheap also..pint and pizza for £6 pound or curry (bargain) The bed is comfy though and pillows also. Would I stay here again 1000 yes

We stayed one night and were looking for cheap and cheerful. The room was clean and functional and the staff were welcoming. We had read mixed reviews and wre a bit worried but it was spot on. Carpets in stairwells could do with a good wash and the carpet under the bed wasn’t the cleanest when pushing the beds together for a double but the tv loo and shower were all sparkling as were the beds and linen. Defo would stay again

We needed a nights sleep before Uni visit. Low cost accommodation as only wanted a bed and not fussed about other facilities. Fabulous accommodation. Easy to find and access, plenty of parking. I felt welcome, safe and comfortable here. All our needs were met. I loved the idea that there was some thing available to eat and drink or you can order in. Fantastic in this day and age.

Stayed for the night with my husband, room was immaculately clean, staff were friendly and helpful despite being incredibly busy and under immense pressure. Reception staff need more support as there was one girl on her own to serve drinks, make food and check in guests. This meant I waited a really long time to check in . Walls are quite thin and we were woken by some women's screaming orgasm and a horde of drunken blokes in the small hours of the morning!

booked this hotel as it was the cheapest option and we just needed a bed to sleep in after the beyonce concert. was massively surprised by how lovely it was! the room was comfy, clean and modern. beds were comfy and shower was great. staff were all super friendly and accommodating. would definitely stay again!

I stayed from the Sunday through to the Wednesday. I am writing this on my last evening here. From beginning to end, this hotel is honestly one of the best I have EVER stayed in. The staff are incredibly friendly, yet not overwhelming like most accommodations are nowadays. The food was excellent, service was tip top and the rooms are gorgeous, organised, clean and handy. The location is nice and quiet and very well situated, with no loud traffic, drunkards or noise. The hallways are tidy as are the common areas i.e. lounge. The price for the stay was perfect, and the staff were so accommodating from the smallest of things to larger enquiries being taken care of effectively and efficiently. They even went a step over perfection by doing up the reception for those arriving for the nearby Beyoncé concert which I am not here for, and had it all decorated for the fans. A splendid stay and from now on will be the only place I stay when visiting Wales. Thank you for a fantastic stay Premier Inn; you’ve blew it out of the water!🫶🏽…
