Great to be upgraded to a 2 bed apartment when we arrived. We didn't need the extra bedroom but it meant rest of apartment was more spacious. Clean, tidy, comfy bed and well equipped kitchen area. Wi-fi included. Walking distance to Cardiff Bay and many restaurants and bars. 30 min walk to central Cardiff (or go by train, bus or water bus!). Great base for sightseeing in South Wales. Handy supermarket nearby too.

"Lynda" is at the helm of this incredible company, and is simply astounding in her respective executive position. Furthermore, her entire team is genuinely dedicated and invested in providing exemplary customer service on par with five star accommodations! We visit every year (or more) for extended stays, and have never experienced anything less than stellar service! Associates Deborah and Alexandra are both phenomenally talented and work tirelessly to ensure superlative customer service synonymous with any top-rated hotels in the Country! We are always impressed, honored and humbled by the generous, professional and kind attention we receive from this amazing group of invested, passionate and dedicated individuals. We also LOVE all of the amenities associated with a stay in Century Wharf, including the security of the gated accommodations, the pool and gym, the under croft secure parking, the lifts to the upper floors and the overall pristine condition of the well-maintained and serviced grounds and apartments offered by this company. The location is so convenient and close to everything, including Mermaid Quay, the Taff Trail along the winding river, and nearby shopping complexes & centers too. Everything is within walking distance, so a car is not truly necessary to enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay. The views of the sunsets and scenery over the river and hillsides of the most beautiful City in Wales prove idyllic. The apartment supplied was well-appointed, relatively modern and clean in Century Wharf which is a self-contained gated community convenient for the Bay and within a 15 minute walk of the station and city centre. Apartment was situated on the river with well maintained grounds which gave a sense of space. Gym and pool on-site.

This was our first time to stay at an appartment for a rugby weekend, but not our last. We were very impressed with the high standards and cleanliness of the appartment. As we were late arriving on Friday the lady that come to meet us at the office even showed us to where we were staying. Thank you to Linda and her team. One suggestion would be that more towels were left for customers use, 1 bath and 1 hand towel not really enough per couple.

Great for a change to have an apartment rather than a hotel room. Very clean and modern. Our Studio also gave us access to the pool and gym which is a bonus in a self catering flat. Central location with easy walking to the Docks or City Centre. will return soon.

Booked at the last minute , easy booking ,apartment was very clean & modern ( could live in full time ) very close to town centre & harbour , lots of cafe & bars . Forgot to book for meet& greet told would have to wait for about 20/30 mins (ok my mistake ) within 5 mins they turned up to show us to the apartment (thanks Stev) also forgot to book parking no problem they sorted in mins .would use this place again also city base apartments who booked for me !

This was our 3rd extended stay (2+ months) in Century Wharf. Wonderful service from Linda at Capital Apartments who really goes the extra mile for guests. Our apartment was clean and well-equipped (washer/dryer etc) and came with the all important free wifi. Our apartment had a small but useful balcony and beautiful views over the river. This a gated community and came with allocated underground parking for added security.

My partner took me away for the weekend. We ended up in apartment number 170 Century Wharf. It was fabulous. Very clean, spacious, superb bedding and extremely comfortable HUGE bed. A view of the River Taff, a short stroll to the Bay and Lynda who went out of her way to provided excellent customer service. We shared a great birthday weekend. We will be returning. Soon, I hope.

Firstly, your check in will be at a very small , dirty office, so have fun finding that ! If its night time its even trickier as it is on a really undesirable street, not somewhere to park for any length at night. We locked our doors whilst trying to contact the company. We told the company we would be checking in late and agreed to pay extra for this. However, when we arrived, with two very tired children , 20 minutes later than planned, the office was shut, their mobile phone number was turned off. They had been assured we were arriving and had gone home regardless. I had explained in previous emails we were a 3 hour drive away and they had my mobile number and details. We left distraught messages to this company and heard nothing, not even an apology or a phone call the next day to see if we had found alternative accommodation. We did find accommodation at 9pm, a delightful stay, that even though their check in cut off point was earlier too, their mobile phone was on and they came to rescue us. We booked through Booking.com who have refunded us the difference for the extra cost we incurred. HOWEVER, to add insult to injury they still charged me £50 ! which luckily I have since been refunded through Booking.com…
