This is one of the higher standards of BnB you could find in the UK, both in accommodation and service. In fact, BnB’s are exceeding the quality of hotels these days because family run business means a personalised serviced, friendly and professional. You will get a very welcome from Margaret and, son Will. The rooms are quintessential English cottage, very...

The website says that it's surrounded with their own fruit trees - what it doesn't say is that it's also surrounded beyond that with the motorway, a dual-carriageway and a local railway, with gates that have to be opened and closed by you every time you drive in or out. The trains were frequent and seemed to require announcing itself...

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were so welcoming and the B and B was in a great location not far from Cardiff. Plenty of eating places a short drive away. The room was warm and clean and the breakfast was perfect - highly recommend! Thank you for a great weekend.

Stayed at this B&B whilst in the area for a family event. We really enjoyed our stay, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms warm and well equipped. Would really like to visit again in the better weather so we can explore the area. Thanks to the owners for making us so welcome.

Got tickets to the Canadian Ireland World Cup rugby match...not so easy to find accommodation in Cardiff! Ended up an 11pound taxi ride out...and we happily paid it to stay in this B&B! It was very comfortable, clean, beautiful country side, and Margaret was a lovely hostess who made us a full English breakfast every morning! Highly recommend this place...

We were greeted with a warm welcome. The accomodation is well set up for a family of 5. The rooms are clean and comfortable with many little extras available for use if you have forgotten something. We walked to the Castle one afternoon. The breakfast was delicious. This is good value accomodation.

We've just returned home from a two night stay and I've already emailed a booking for next year. The room was lovely and bathroom ample all really clean and fresh. Although refreshments in the room, Margaret asked if we would like some fresh milk for a cup of tea or coffee which we gladly accepted. The farm is close to...

Stopped at this lovely farmhouse for 1 night whilst visiting Cardiff for the Speedway Grand Prix. Margaret who runs the business is a lovely lady who from start to finish works hard to ensure your stay is the best experience it could be. We were welcomed warmly and shown to our room which overlooked fields containing sheep and horses and...

I stayed one night with Margaret my first night in Wales. It was a great location for a quick train trip into Cardiff to see the castle and I was able to walk up to see Castell Coch the next morning (warning - very steep walk up hill to get there, but a pretty walk along the river Taff). The...

This is a lovely old renovated farmhouse in the Welsh countryside. A little spoilt by the noise of the busy road nearby, but totally recommended for a comfortable nights sleep and excellent breakfast. Margaret is an excellent host, providing local information, lots of friendly chat and making all her guests feel welcome.
