Breakfast was lovely and Donna our server was fab, although she seemed to be doing everything from serving breakfast to cleaning rooms, checking people in and out and dealing with many...

Very friendly staff. First breakfast was lovely but second one was awful. Room was clean but shabby and we had a series of 'events' over the two night stay that made us yearn for fawlty towers. The bar was very limited too which was a shame. It was disappointing.

We booked this hotel last minute due to a family emergency. How the owner can justify still advertising and charging guests is beyond me. I would recommend he closes and either carries out the essential refurbishment needed or sell the building and find a new career. In his favour he did refund us for the cost of our planned stay...

I and three of my collegues visited this hotel on a business trip to Swansea mid October 2016. It is the first hotel ever which I have refused to spend the night. All our 4 rooms smelled like mold, there where bugs crawling in the bathroom. In one of our room small pieces was falling from the ceiling and down...

Friendly hotel right in the city centre. First night stay was in quite a cramped room but transferred to a lovely room next night. Staff very attentive. Rooms clean. We likened it to faulty towers as we had a laugh a minute. Parking a bit limited in high season. Very reasonable room rates for a city centre hotel. Overall a...

Was booked in here for one night by my company. The whole place smelt of damp and rot! I was given a room in the annex 3 floors up with no lift and very steep stairs to access it. The room stunk, mould all over the ceiling, dirt everywhere including bodily hair in the box bathroom. In the lounge toilets...

In total agreement with other reviewers but would also like to reiterate that the hotel needs some serious building attention. My room had a large hole in the wall and a deep crack which on examination went right through to the outside wall. There were several other cracks which looked worrying. I certainly didn't feel safe and definitely won't recommend...

Stayed here W/C 3 October. Room was worn with very squeaky floorboards however was clean. The hotel as a whole could do with a revamp. On the plus side the wifi was good as was the breakfast. Staff friendly enough. Good location to city centre just let down by the dated decor.

I cannot begin to say how disappointed we were, my son was going back to Uni in Swansea so we decided to make a weekend of it with my parents who are in their 70s, they have a very well behaved dog so unfortunately your accommodation can become very limited, we saw Windsor Lodge Hotel and although we felt for...
