Upon arrival the check in was smooth and easy and the receptionist (didn't catch her name as she had a name tag with in training but wore glassesand had red hair) was very friendly and helpful each time we had questions. The room was spacious and clean.Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and price worthy. All in all, a good... More

Considering the Basic nature of the Ibis hotel, the price I paid was out of proportion to the quality of the hotel. However, this is mainly in part to making a booking 2 weeks before staying and due to high hotel demand that weekend. A classic supply and demand price equation. The room and hotel was adequate for my requirements... More

The hotel was very reasonably priced and delivered a good, no frills stay with more than adequate facilities and breakfasts. Its great advantage for us was that it was within easy walking distance of the city centre shops, the Christmas market, the Cathedral Quarter, the Lagan (for a Lagan Boats river trip), and if you are prepared to walk about... I booked this hotel as part of a deal. Initially I were not sure but all doubts were finished as soon as I were checked in by Alannah. She helped us to save money on taxis by booking sightseeing hop on hop off tour. Ticket was valid for 2 days and that is what we needed. We saved great deal... More

Spent three nights here. The hotel is very clean and very well appointed. Rooms were spacious and clean, but the bathroom pod was a little odd. The door to the bathroom did not close all the way but luckily I was traveling solo. Service upon check in was friendly but encountered a few unfriendly staff members during my stay. Had... More

We only stayed one night of our trip here, but it was a lovely hotel. The room was clean and well furnished, bathroom was a comfortable size, and the staff was very friendly. We ate dinner in the restaurant and ordered Guinness and pizza. (We recommend the pepperoni and pineapple!) Delicious food in a modern atmosphere.

The hotel was very clean but I would only recommend it if you are there on business. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the the young trainee receptionist Ashlyn. The heat in our room was cold they did give us a heater. The food was really nice but i would not stay there again

The staff were unfriendly on arrival and seemed to not want to even be there. Well, not all Ibis (or Ibis Styles) Hotels are pleasant for stay but this hotel is just so good in terms of quality of sleep, services of staffs and value for money. This hotel is also located very near to restaurants and just a walk away from the centre of Belfast. The only recommendations are to at least provide umbrella... More

I was totally disgusted with the manner in which we were spoken to by members of staff when we went to breakfast after our nights stay.
