This is a dull place. Small, stuffy rooms, fully functional, but with the charme of a retirement home. The bathroom looked like the ones on a sailing boat (waterproof plastic with a rim around the floor). Definitely no place you want to spend time in. Location is OK in terms of walking distances to the city. In terms of nice...

Spent long weekend here over marathon weekend. Could not fault it in any way. Twin rooms spacious with good shower. All staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast v.good for the money paid, cooked being replaced regularly. Location is ideal as it is only 5 min walk into centre but far enough away to not be bothered by late night revellers....

Great hotel was there 2 seperate nights rooms clean, warm, and tea and coffee in room. Staff were lovely, the food area was a tad cold as door keeps opening. Good place to stay to explore the city. Staff available to help when we needed to book train to Dudlin and tour bus.

Stayed for one night with a friend. Located in the centre of town. Easy walk to shops. It took us about 20 minutes to reach Titanic Museum on foot, a lovely walk if it's a nice day. Kelly's cellers bar is just round the corner. I will book this hotel again when next in Belfast.

Excellent hotel, with usual high standard that we have found from IBIS hotels around the Country. Staff were helpful and attentive. Rooms were good value for money, with comfortable beds and the breakfast as ever, was plentiful and varied, with the food and drink items being replaced efficiently. The hotel is in an excellent location as far as being central.
