Travelled for business and stayed on the Executive 11th floor. Excellent room and access to the Executive Lounge with complimentary drinks, pre dinner canapés, pastries, hot and cold drinks. Staff very helpful as had a conference room booked for an event which had a wonderful view. Ate in Cables bar on first night and very impressed. Only 5 minutes in...

This hotel is in a great location - about 10 minutes away from Belfast city airport and walking distance to the city centre. Rooms are a good size, clean, comfortable and containing all you need. I've stayed here a number of times and will continue to use this hotel when in Belfast. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful - with...

I've stayed here 3 or 4 times. It's approx £10 taxi ride to/from Belfast City Airport and is well placed for he centre of Belfast. Hotel staff are welcoming and helpful. Rooms and clean and fictional. Honesty speaking I've stayed in a couple of other properties but this is always my first choice

So the other reviews are pretty fair: - good location - helpful staff - ok food as you wouldn't expect more from Hilton But the beds are just the worst I've ever slept on. Rock hard mattresses and no attempt at any topper. So if that's important to you and being able to sleep in comfy bed then give this...

Very much a typical Hilton, built for business and very well located, overlooking the water. A good, comfortable choice. Room service was fine. Parking available. Decor quite modern, friendly staff. Would stay again.

I would recommend the Hilton Restaurant for either the traveler, Pre-Theater Meal, or simply a night out with friends as well as for a 'romantic meal for two'. The staff are very helpful, the food is well presented and delivered hot and quickly, no hanging about.

Stayed for a work visit, very convenient to work office and city airport and would definitely use again. Staff extremely friendly. Just a shame that I didn't get a chance to appreciate the view from my room due to the lack of daylight hours in January.

Great Hotel and staff very pleasant. Our christmas dinner was lovely and everyone got their meal together. The hotel rooms are brilliant and ours had a view over Belfast, it was great not too walk far to the city centre.

We stayed in the Belfast Hilton for two days between Christmas and New Year’s Eve. From the moment we arrived we felt there was something wrong with the running of this hotel. We arrived at 4.00 pm and there was a queue at reception which stretched across the foyer to the front door. Only 2 of the 4 reception desks...
