A brief overnight stay. Warm welcome at reception from a very pleasant lady. Room on 12th floor was very nice. This had an excellent view over the city, as I discovered in the morning. Facilities looked excellent although I cannot say I experienced any due to the brevity of my stay. A very nice departure, from the same lady (...

Stayed in the Hilton Belfast for my husbands birthday. We checked in early in the morning and as our room was not ready reception said they would text when it was. When it was 3 pm we decided to go back and see why we had not been text, to find our room was ready. This was a minor complaint...

I attended my work Christmas dinner here, the food was to a good standard and the staff professional but friendly.last year was a disaster in a different hotel so I would definitely recommend this venue.

Another amazing Belfast Hilton stay. Donna greatly assisted during the booking process and initial stages of the booking. A truly first class welcome by Donna in reception. She truly makes this hotel the reason why I return. A high standard of room, plus food in the restaurant. Excellent friendly service in the executive lounge and the breakfast was particularly welcoming...

I can't believe that the staff at the Front office/ Reception is so badly organized and they don't care about their customers at all. My managers stayed there for a conference in January and the room was pre-paid with a credit card in my name. After a while, I emailed the hotel asking about the receipts, they said they will...

Recently had a short break in Belfast with my family and stayed in the Hilton. Great location for all local amenities but also did the Causeway which was very easy to get to from the Hilton. We had lovely interconnecting rooms, very clean and well serviced. All the staff we met were very nice and accommodating. My only criticism would...

Our floor (floor 4) stank of cigarette smoke, our room 412 had a strong damp smell. We were led to believe breakfast was included, it was not, apparently 150 only gets you a smelly room. They wanted 18 per person on top for breakfast, when complained they offered it at a discount rate of 12.95 a person. There was no...

I've stayed at this hotel several times and even negotiated a corporate rate with them. I've been lucky enough to stay in some of the higher end rooms on the top of this tall hotel. A great view of the Harland and Wolff cranes from the rooms I have stayed in. The premium rooms have access to a private bar...
