From the entrance foyer and check in to our departure this is a great hotel. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who made every request happen without fuss. The rooms are spacious and the beds are great. The food was very good and they catered for my vegan travelling companion without fuss both for dinner and breakfast. Our room had a...

I was close to giving this a converted 5 stars, and the tiny things that stopped me I'm not mentioning because they are trivial Spacious room, excellent food, exemplary service. Free easy wifi, great location .... I only stayed one night, but I had lunch on the mezzanine - tuna melt was delicious! Highly recommended

The overall location, comfort and service was excellent. The food was the best of local farm to table style, from breakfast choices (included in our room price) to amazing dinners and one of a kind cocktails in the Piano Bar. The concierge were all amazingly helpful. We loved Belfast and loved the Europa!

This is a nicely located hotel with comfy beds. The room and the public areas are well kept and clean. The free wifi is strong. Our room was on the 10th floor and a little street sound could be heard thru the cracked open window but not so much as to interrupt sleep.

I had the privilege to celebrate my wedding in the Europa Hotel on Saturday 5th September and the staff were absolutely fantastic!! Every member of staff I came in contact with treated me like royalty!! And could not do enough for myself or my guests. Everything I requested was followed through to the letter and Brian the banqueting manager was...

The room is spacious considering there are 3 of us sharing a room. The furniture is beautiful. You get the feeling you are staying in a higher end hotel. The hotel is in the center of Belfast with a Starbucks right across the street. The room has a nice size flat screen tv with very nice toiletries. Certainly would stay...

Held a business event here for two days with a stay over of one night. The hotel staff were very responsive and couldn't be more helpful. The food was good and the rooms are excellent. The beds are really comfortable. My only gripe is the breakfast. There was a great range but the cooked breakfast (in particularly the potato bread...

Stayed for one night following a performance at the Grand Opera House which is next door to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and attentive despite being busy on a Saturday afternoon/night. Room was a superior room on the 10th floor with good views over the city center. Room was clean and tidy. Had dinner in the hotel before going...

Bang in the centre of town! Robinson's and the Crown across the road, two minute walk to the shops. Rooms are cosy, good crack to be had in the bars. We didn't get to try the restaurant but had a sandwich in the bar.

This is a beautiful hotel. Hard to believe it is said to be the most bombed hotel in the world. It has come a long way. Very comfortable and very quite. Good location. Good breakfast and good service. We only stayed here one night. No trouble during our stay.
