Great place for a city break. Service excellent. Food top notch. A joy. Lovely choice of foods and drink. Mostly quiet except for wedding but that's to be expected in a hotel. Room good for my husband who is a wheelchair user. Only issue the bed was very high for him.

Best nights sleep in ages, down to the superb comfy beds. Nice relaxing piano bar for a couple of drinks and snacks, helped out by the friendly staff, who booked us a table at a restaurant nearby. Only draw back was the Americans staying there who just love the sound of their own voices and are oh so loud

This hotel had cozy rooms and a fantastic breakfast that was included in my booking. It is a short walk from the downtown shopping and city hall and has a small market across the street. Two great pubs directly across the road and a great restaurant Fratelli's just down the block. I would definitely stay there again.

I am on my way back to Canada. Lovely room and clean and great location right next to the train station. Definitely have no complaints with my stay in the Europa Great Front Staff. Shopping is ten min away such a great location. Looking forward to breakfast

Stayed here as part of a business trip and I was really impressed with the front of house services. Reception and Concierge were overwhelmingly polite and human and just solved problems, even helping me to check in for my flight during busy morning rush. Will definitely be back when next in Belfast.

The front desk staff made our day! From the valet to Alle, our receptionist, we were tickled pink with the service. We chatted with him for a short bit and he upgraded us to an Executive Room. It was made even better because we were just down the hall from the "Clinton Suite" which my wife had to take pictures...

We arrived in Belfast from Dublin on the 21st of September and easily found the hotel right out of the train station. Our check in was seamless and it was nice to be able to check in early without a hitch. Rachel assisted us at the front desk, she was extremely helpful and professional. When we got to our room,...
