Maybe I should start with saying that this hotel isn't a bad hotel. It's just not good enough to justify the high rates! I booked one of the executive rooms with a king size bed. But here's the first warning: their king size bed is quite small (more like a queen size) and I didn't fit into the bed (I'm...

Stayed here for a weekend break and truly loved it. Quiet relaxing and very well run. Very good size twin room and beautifully clean. Particular special mention to Georgz in the bar who was so nice and so attentive in a lovely quietly efficient way. Would definitely return. Welcome at reception could have been a little warmer though.

Well located in Belfast. Top quality hotel. All the basics are good. Rooms are ok but do need to be modernised. Staff are very friendly and the team at breakfast are exceptional. Easy access to parking.

Check in was prompt and then we were directed to the apartments, two adults and two kids. The apartments are not pleasant - dirty couches, creaky old beds, disgustingly dirty carpets, old distasteful furniture, and the smell of bug spray from the beds and pillows was absolutely disgusting. Made me sick! Save your money. Paid £115 and no breakfast included....

Had a weekend break here in January. Thought I had booked somewhere else but I was very happy with my mistake as malone lodge is a lovely little intimate hotel just round the corner and walking distance from the university and botanic gardens and within walking distance of lovely restaurants. The staff are friendly pleasant and welcoming. Free Parking a...

Fantastic staff, super helpful and friendly. Bar food lovely and not badly priced. Breakfast brilliant really nice, plenty of options. Only a short walk to some shops and restaurants. About a 20 minute walk to Belfast city centre.

The staff couldn't be more helpful in giving directions, booking last minute tours etc. The room (twin) was more than adequate in size - very clean and had everything you could need. The breakfast is amazing and you won't start the day hungry. I'd gladly stay there again.

Staff are of the highest standard, courteous and helpful. The standard of the room was completely substandard for a 4* hotel, the net was filthy and torn and the bath was dirty of which I have a video I can't upload there was also quite a large crack in the wall. I was very disappointed, the hotel is beautiful but...

Arrived very early morning off the Liverpool ferry, and despite it saying check in was at 3 p.m. they had a room ready for us before 9 a.m. Very pleased with the large, luxurious Executive Room. Really enjoyed the breakfast and having a night cap in the bar. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location, 5 min walk from Botanic...
