We arrived at the port area at around 7:00 am from the ferry and couldn't find a place to stuff our empty stomach in such an early morning. And then we saw Premier Inn, thinking that they must provide something to eat, and we stepped in. Yes, you could have full English and continental breakfast here as buffet style, and... More

I don't usually review Premier Inns as usually they are much of a muchness. However I will make an exception here. It is well positioned for attractions, arena and within walking distance to city centre. Room , non smoking , was clean, bed comfy and bathroom fine. All as you may expect. I have never eaten in a Premier so... More

Our stay was fine, good value, clean and plenty of options at breakfast. Typical Premier Inn, no better, no worse. We arrived before our check in time and the receptionist kindly put our luggage in a secure room. The bar was very pleasant and all staff that we interacted with also. Belfast seems rejuvenated, with a new found confidence and... More

We stayed for 3 nights, had lovely harbour views and a really enjoyable time. Special mentions to Greg, Tom and Maria who all went out of their way to make our stay even better. I would stay here again as it is just a 10 min safe walk into the Belfast shops and a lovely area to relax.

As you'd expect from a Premier Inn. Great location in Titanic quarter, minutes from titanic exhibition and the Odyssey. Only a 10-15 minute walk into the centre along the picturesque waterfront. Rooms clean, and a very nice eat as much as you want breakfast with a wide range of choices hot or cold. Whilst it is a big eating area,... More

For anyone wanting to go to the Titanic exhibition this is the perfect location - five minutes walk. Also near the Odyssey (SSE Arena) for those concert goers. However, there are very few restaurants/bars in this area and I would advise people to stay ina Premier Inn in the city centre and take a bus down to the Titanic quarter.... More

Stayed here in late Aug 15. Booked a table for 2 different nights in the restaurant. Service very slow, poor communication on delays. Waited over an hour for drinks. Could be staff reductions to keep costs down or inexpereinced staff that do not know how to keep a busy restaurant moving. All in all disappointing as previosuly had good experiences... More

Usual level of service and quality from a Premier Inn, great location and some stunning views over the Titanic Quarter. Good food, but there is not enough space in the public areas and at busy times it gets very difficult. Also bit of an issue with parking but not a real negative. Will stay again on next trip because of location... More

Stayed here for four nights last week, first thing to say, is that parking is quite pricey £6 from 5pm to 7am, plus £1 per hour on top. Machine was faulty so I never managed to get a receipt, so good luck claiming. Check in supposed to be automated but screens never worked, so there is always a queue at... More

This is the third time I've stayed in this hotel and it's always excellent. The location is just perfect and there's always so much going on at the Titanic Centre. The car park gets a bit busy but there's ample warning of the car park charges incurred if you park at the Odyssey. It's a lovely walk into the City... More
