This hotel is based in the newly created Queens Quarter. It isn't the most centrally based hotel but having said that everything is easily accesed by walking. The staff here make this hotel. During my stay they were very friendly, extremely helpful and always assisted in any query or request I had. I definitely recommend this hotel if you want...

At present the car park is closed due to construction work, the website says ample free street parking. We had to walk 1/2 a mile from our car to the hotel. It is chaos in the area of the hotel as there is another large hotel, a B&B and people park here for the university. We were told we could...

Recently stayed 2 nights at this hotel and can honestly say it is the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed at. If It wasn't for doors slamming, lights buzzing or jackhammers next to the hotel going off then it may have been a bit quiet. The rooms itself are basic. Reminded me of a dodgy travelodge I stayed in years ago....

Stayed here with my partner during summer 2016. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We'd no issues, the room was spacious it had a couch & an office desk with a chair which was unexpected as it was so cheap! Close to the city we walked in most days. Staff were lovely. Pleasant man at the reception desk in the...

Unfortunately our stay at this Holiday Inn location was not at all what we are used to. I love staying in Holiday Inn Expresses across North America, however this one was different. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and the pillows very hard. It was like sleeping on the box spring of a bed with no mattress. We woke up at...

Good location free of the noise and bustle of the city centre yet still within easy walķing distance of the nightlife on and around the Dublin Rd.The hotel was clean had a comfortable bed and served up a varied and tasty choice of breakfast. My only disappointment was the closure of the carpark which meant on street parking and the...

I have reviewed this hotel and need to update you on the last two stays.... last month I was in a room next to a family who had three rooms with a lot of teenagers. Teenager quiet at midnight is not adult quiet. Please make sure your room is away from families as the walls are quite thin. Last night...

Stayed at this H.I.E last week, which offered a comfortable room at reasonable rates. Breakfast was included in their nightly rate which was reasonably presented in "Buffet Style" the quality of which was acceptable ! Due to my late arrival I made an error of judgement and decided to eat at the hotel restaurant, however the quality of what was...
