We were just here for an Easter Break with family. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast hit and cold Buffett was excellent choices of cooked, cereals , fruits, yougurts, toasts and pastries. It's only a very short walk to the town centre for those fit and able. For anyone else taxis are between £4 to £6. Staff...

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was perfect for a city break. It's walking distance to the city and any sites we wanted to see. If you go right when leaving the hotel it's a short walk to Botanic Avenue which has plenty of bars and restaurants. Check in/ out was quick. There is plenty of on street parking....

Stayed here for Easter with a friend on a reward night each, both as gold members. Check in was clunky..I know we arrived at 2pm but we had emailed in advance asking for a room to be ready..Then the sofa bed wasn't made up as requested. No big deal but just gave a poor check in experience. The place is...

Hello drdanielmacdonald, Thank you for taking some time to leave your comments regarding your recent stay with us; I am disappointed that your check in was not efficient and your requests were not completed. As a IHG member I would have hoped for a better room, one that did not face a building yard that commence work at approximately 7am every morning. The walls were paper thin unless we were unlucky and had the noisest neighbours both sides??.The location was a little bit away from the city centre but walkable. Enough negatives- the staff were...

I stayed here one night while on a trip from Dublin. My AirBNB host ran into a double booking and I just grabbed a room at the Holiday Inn for one night until the AirBNB could be sorted out. The hotel is near Queens University in Belfast and located close to several places to eat and coffee shops. The room...

City based Hotel with close by amenities, clean rooms & relaxed bar/ restaurant area in quiet area. While the Hotel carpark was closed for construction works, there was ample road side free parking. Breakfast & evening food was nice, 'tho the latter had a slightly limited menu

First stayed at this hotel in December 2010 as I was just fed up of the way the Holiday Inn (now Clayton Hotel) treated me. By far this was way better - I felt welcomed as a Priority Club (now IHG) Member at the time. Upon check in, my keys as well as a manager's welcome letter was waiting for...
