First of all when we booked we were asked to give card details for a deposit. We called back multiple times as we never received an email confirmation but nothing. When we turned up they had no idea who the person was that had taken the card details and took half an hour to check us in because they were...

This place has a great location in Belfast, just across the road from the beautiful Queens University. For a hostel it's a little on the pricey side but you do actually benefit from a high quality, well designed rooms. The place is clean and a decent free breakfast is provided. The communal areas are lovely, and I bet the little...

This hostel is very chaotic and bad organized. The room they gave to us has the bathroom dirty with the WC clogged. The shower was not cleaned too, there were dirty spots all over and some disgusting mould in the corners of the shower box. There is no one in charge who makes sure that the rules are respected. Despite...

We booked a double room on HostelWorld only to get there and find there is no such thing and got a twin bunk instead! This alone would've been fine but the room was very plain- not even a chair or table in the room so all our stuff had to go on the floor. The room wasn't particularly clean either....

This was the cheapest hostel I have ever stayed in - £18 for two nights, breakfast included! -, and that was my main reason to book it, to be honest. Unfortunately, cheap comes at a price, unless you are willing to compromise, which I guess is different from person to person. Speaking for myself, I felt that the whole place...

The staff were friendly and approachable despite some serious language barriers at times. The hostel is in a lovely area of Belfast, very close to Ulster Museum and the Botanic Gardens. The city is very walkable, so the centre isn't too far either. The rooms and bathrooms were mostly clean and quiet which was great. My main concern was that...

As far as city hostels go, this one is not bad at all. The front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful. If might be a bit of a longish walk to the city center - (we used the hop on hop off bus to get us there). Because it's out of the city it's very quiet, good for getting...

My husband and I stayed here in May, 2014. We were very pleased with our stay. The location is convenient and the view on the upper level rooms are lovely! We were surprisingly impressed with the cafe food as well! This is one of the nicer hostels we've stayed in.
